JAPANESE TRADITION
WITH CASCAIS INSPIRATION
With Izakaya, one of the most traditional Japanese restaurant concepts
is taking shape in Cascais, with Tiago Penão, the young but already
prestigious chef from Cascais, at the helm. Definitely not to be missed
Izakaya. This was the name given by
Tiago Penão, the chef from Cascais, to
his most recent gastronomic project, 100%
offer, in true Japanese style. This
is therefore a creative, innovative, urban
and at the same time sophisticated space
that invites you to stay and enjoy good
moments and a differentiated experience,
not only for lunch or dinner, but also for
quality drinks, and not less important,
socializing - all this without timetables,
just like the izakaya in its country of origin.
The executive chef who is at the genesis
not only of this concept, but also of the
space where it was implemented, and the
respective decoration, had well defined
