• FERMA SPECIAUZATA $ITIPURI DE FERME.<br />
Realizarea unor tehnologii <strong>de</strong> productie performante, cat §i<br />
optimizarea <strong>in</strong>puturilor tehnologice, sunt posibile <strong>in</strong><strong>de</strong>osebi <strong>in</strong> ferme<br />
(gospodarii) specializate, cu practicarea unor tehnologii mo<strong>de</strong>rne,<br />
perfectionate cont<strong>in</strong>uu <strong>in</strong> raport cu rezultatele cercetarilor §ti<strong>in</strong>tifice <strong>de</strong> profil.<br />
Def<strong>in</strong>itie: Ferma speciaiizata <strong>in</strong> prodl.lcerea cartofl.liui reprez<strong>in</strong>ta 0<br />
unitate <strong>de</strong> productie, cu 0 structura a culturilor specifica zonei <strong>de</strong><br />
favorabilitate eco/ogica, In care <strong>cartoful</strong> constituie cultura <strong>de</strong> baza,<br />
restul culturilor fUnd subordonate acestuia, avand 0 dotare tehnico~<br />
materiala corespunzatoare.<br />
Tipuri <strong>de</strong> ferme specializate:<br />
• ferme speciaiizate il1l prodUicerea cartoflLllui <strong>de</strong> samanta. Se<br />
organizeaza <strong>in</strong> zonele cele mai favorabile culturii <strong>cartoful</strong>ui, <strong>in</strong><strong>de</strong>osebi fn<br />
perimetrul "zonelor <strong>in</strong>chise <strong>de</strong> producere a <strong>cartoful</strong>ui pentll"l.l samanta"<br />
sau <strong>in</strong> microzonele organizate la nivelul ju<strong>de</strong>telor;<br />
• ferme speciaiizate <strong>in</strong> procllLlcerea cartoflLlh.lli perotll"n.l consum<br />
timpuriumvara. Se organizeaza <strong>in</strong> baz<strong>in</strong>e cu un microclimat favorabil<br />
acestei culturi, sub aspectul conditiilor <strong>de</strong> temperatura §i sol, pentru<br />
obt<strong>in</strong>erea unei timpurietati ridicate a productiei. Astfel <strong>de</strong> ferme se pot<br />
organiza <strong>in</strong> toate zonele tarii daca sunt <strong>in</strong><strong>de</strong>pl<strong>in</strong>ite conditiile <strong>de</strong> mai sus;<br />
• ferme speciaiizate <strong>in</strong> producerea <strong>cartoful</strong>ui pentru consum <strong>de</strong><br />
toamna-iarna; <strong>in</strong> zone foarte favorabile §i favorabile culturii <strong>cartoful</strong>ui sau <strong>in</strong><br />
alte zone cu posibilitati <strong>de</strong> potentare a unor elemente <strong>de</strong> favorabilitate<br />
<strong>de</strong>ficitare (zona <strong>de</strong> stepa; pr<strong>in</strong> irigat);<br />
• ferme specializate <strong>in</strong> producerea <strong>cartoful</strong>lLli <strong>in</strong>dustrial; <strong>in</strong> zonele<br />
<strong>de</strong> afluenta a fabricilor <strong>de</strong> prelucrare.<br />
Specializarea productiei <strong>de</strong> cartof presupune <strong>in</strong>sa §i 0 anumita<br />
marime a suprafetei cultivate, respectiv 0 concentrare a suprafetelor <strong>in</strong><br />
cadrul fermelor (gospodariilor) sau <strong>in</strong> cadrul unor forme asociative.<br />
