DECIZIILE DE MARKETING se regasesc In strategiile adoptate <strong>de</strong><br />

asociatia <strong>de</strong> producatori <strong>de</strong> cartof ~i se materializeaza fn sporirea volumului<br />

vanzarilor ~i fmbunatatirea structurii acestora. Acestea au ca efect<br />

ca~tigarea fncre<strong>de</strong>rii partenerilor ~i, respectiv, consolidarea pietei. Aceasta<br />

presupune urmatoarele etape:<br />

• Efectuarea studiilor <strong>de</strong> market<strong>in</strong>g;<br />

• Alegerea partenerilor ~i fncheierea contractelor;<br />

• Stabilirea retelei proprii <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>sfacere;<br />

• Determ<strong>in</strong>area strategiei <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>zvoltare a activitatij <strong>de</strong> market<strong>in</strong>g;<br />

• Adoptarea, eventual, a unui program <strong>de</strong> <strong>in</strong>vestitii;<br />

• Stabilirea bugetului <strong>de</strong> venituri ~j cheltuieli;<br />

• Stabilirea preturilor In functie <strong>de</strong> cerere ~i oferta;<br />

• Repartizarea profitului;<br />

• Stabilirea personalului necesar pe total ~i pe structura.<br />
