3 INSTALLATION 3.1 Generellt Installation Detta avsnitt ger dig detaljerad information om hur du går tillväga för att installera AP25 autopilot systemet. AP25 systemet omfattar ett antal moduler som skall placeras på vissa platser i båten. Systemet skall också sammankopplas till minst tre olika system ombord på båten: • Båtens styrsystem • Båtens elektriska system • Annan utrustning ombord I tillägg till detta kräver de avancerade funktionerna som AP25 systemet innehåller att användaren utför en del inställningar och tester för att utgöra att systemet är korrekt installerat. Se nedanstående checklista. 3.2 Installation checklista 1. Gå igenom systemet som du skall installera (Figur 3-1) 2. Fullborda monteringen av de olika komponenterna (Sidan 63) 3. Koppla in SimNet enheterna till SimNet (Sidan 79) 4. Koppla in NMEA2000 enheter (Sidan 82) 5. Koppla in NMEA 0183 enheter (ingång och utgångar, Sidan 85) 6. Utför Set-up (Avsnitt 4, Sidan 91) 7. Utför Inställnigar vid kaj test (studera instruktionerna på sidan 15) a) Testa alla kontrollenheter (om flera kontrollenheter är installerade) - lås/lås upp - aktiv/ inaktiv b) Testa Non-Follow Up läget c) Testa Follow-Up läget d) Testa AUTO läget e) Testa NAV läget och interface ingångar f) Testa VIND och VINDN lägena (vid segelbåt) och interfaceingångar g) Testa interfaceutgångar till extern utrustning (om detta finns inkopplat) 20221735C 61
