1-How was the app idea conceived? And by<br />
who/team?<br />
With the modernisation drive that kicked off<br />
in 2005, URA changed from manual to<br />
full automation. This culminated in the<br />
introduction of systems for example, eTAX,<br />
ASYCUDA World, Electronic Cargo Tracking<br />
System to mention but a few. URA’s<br />
presence online has a far-reaching impact<br />
on taxpayers and clients, who access URA<br />
services.<br />
With URA’s services just a mouse click away,<br />
the demand to take the services closer to the<br />
clients became evident. Clients requested to<br />
