The Good RPD sees in their Management<br />

Recently, the Research Planning<br />
and Business Development<br />
team had a knowledge sharing<br />
session in style. There were<br />
no power point presentations,<br />
no brainstorming, no graphs<br />
and figures but a unique paper<br />
requiring us to jot down just one<br />
attribute of what good we see<br />
in each other. You should have<br />
seen people’s faces…it sounded<br />
a joke. It was the Assistant<br />
Commissioner’s (ACRPD) turn<br />
to make a presentation.<br />
At first I was sure she hadn’t<br />
prepared for the day. But trust<br />
her….this was more than<br />
preparing. Come to think about<br />
it, do you know the people<br />
you spend most the day with?<br />
