In this role Sheena and her team oversee and
support the corporate planning process– long
term plans (4-5 years). They also streamline
new products through innovations intended to
improve revenue administration in the corporate
planning process. Development of corporate
plan initiatives to be executed in project format
and thus spearhead donor coordination in URA.
She also supports the URA annual planning
process that results into Ministerial Policy
Statements to MOFPED that inform the URA
budget
She is seen as:
a) Someone with high esteem.
b) Networking expert.
c) Mover of things.
