reflection of me.... about 95%; Surprises, yes;<br />

saying that I am a perfect leader....this is an area<br />

that I am always intentionally growing and each<br />

day I purpose to be a better leader of myself and<br />

others! This whole exercise was good and timely<br />

for me, It happened during the process I was<br />

reflecting on the areas of personal leadership<br />

development and relationship management.”<br />

In this role Sheena and her team oversee and<br />

support the corporate planning process– long<br />

term plans (4-5 years). They also streamline<br />

new products through innovations intended to<br />

improve revenue administration in the corporate<br />

planning process. Development of corporate<br />

plan initiatives to be executed in project format<br />

and thus spearhead donor coordination in URA.<br />

She also supports the URA annual planning<br />

process that results into Ministerial Policy<br />

Statements to MOFPED that inform the URA<br />

budget<br />

She is seen as:<br />

a) Someone with high esteem.<br />

b) Networking expert.<br />

c) Mover of things.<br />
