RELATIONS WITH THE MEDIA
When dealing with the media the following
principles shall apply:
i. URA employees shall regard themselves
as speaking in the name of URA and
avoid personal references and views;
ii.
In no circumstances shall a member of
staff use the media to further their own
interests, grievances, reveal unauthorized
information or attempt to influence policy
decisions facing URA.
iii.
All communications to the media shall
be done by the Public and Corporate
Affairs Division and those mandated
by the Commissioner General.
BREACH OF CONFIDENCE
URA employees are restricted from
disclosing confidential information where
an obligation of confidentiality is imposed.
