THE RPD TEAM<br />
In this role Florence and her team support and<br />
guide on how to continuously improve URA’s<br />
respective processes. In doing this they; carry<br />
out a process maturity assessment that informs<br />
URA of the process maturity level; maintain a<br />
process asset library (all documented processes<br />
in URA).<br />
They also analyse and propose improvement in<br />
processes that are cutting across departments.<br />
Florence is available to support at the point of<br />
planning when you have to identify business<br />
process improvement initiatives for the next<br />
period based on risks paused by process gaps<br />
or inefficiencies<br />

The team is in charge of the look, feel and<br />
design of the communication strategy of<br />
the division. They work hard to populate<br />
newsletters, list of uploads on URA-Bridge<br />
and website; corporate events and pictures<br />
by the 9th of every quarter. They also upload<br />
periodic stakeholder analysis reports.<br />
