THE RPD TEAM
In this role Florence and her team support and
guide on how to continuously improve URA’s
respective processes. In doing this they; carry
out a process maturity assessment that informs
URA of the process maturity level; maintain a
process asset library (all documented processes
in URA).
They also analyse and propose improvement in
processes that are cutting across departments.
Florence is available to support at the point of
planning when you have to identify business
process improvement initiatives for the next
period based on risks paused by process gaps
or inefficiencies

The team is in charge of the look, feel and
design of the communication strategy of
the division. They work hard to populate
newsletters, list of uploads on URA-Bridge
and website; corporate events and pictures
by the 9th of every quarter. They also upload
periodic stakeholder analysis reports.
She’s seen as:
a) Prophetic.
b) Very optimistic.
c) Knowledgeable.
