She was very happy with the responses about<br />

her. What surprised her the most was the part<br />

of being compassionate. “I have been getting a<br />

lot of feedback on the fact that I am too hard<br />

on demanding for output from my immediate<br />

reports. I did not expect that some people were<br />

seeing the compassion in me. I have been<br />

making an effort to show staff that though I may<br />

be very strict on outputs I sincerely care about<br />

all of them, their wellbeing (would like them to<br />

share with me more) and would like them to<br />

grow in their careers.”<br />
