Akciğer Kanserlerinde Tanı Yöntemleri - Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi

Tümör belirteçlerinin akciğer kanserinde tanı değerini araştırmak amacı ile Karsinoembriyonik
antijen (CEA), Nöron Spesifik Enolaz (NSE), CYFRA 21-1, kalsitonin, ferritin,
siyalik asit, kreatin kinaz, proteinkinaz C, Karbohidrat Antijen 19-9 (CA19-9), dokupolipeptid
antijeni (TPA), ACTH, ADH, bombesin v.b. ile. çok sayıda çalışma yapılmıştır.
Ancak bir belirteçte olması gereken organ spesifik (akciğer), yalancı negatiflik oranı düşük,
özgüllüğü yüksek nitelikler saptanamadığından tanı ve arama amaçlı kullanımları uygun
bulunmamıştır.
