SIGNING CEREMONY FOR 5 PROJECTS WITH A BUDGET OF
35 MILLION EURO REALIZED IN SAMSUN
“Operational Contract Signature Ceremony” including 5 projects
which will be co-financed by the European Union and The Republic
of Turkey with a budget of 35 million Euro and with the aim
of stimulating regional economic development in Turkey has
been held in Samsun and one of these projects was “Samsun International
Accredited Metals, Metrology, Calibration Laboratuary”
of which Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the
final beneficiary.
THE NEW TURKISH COMMERCIAL CODE WAS INTRODUCED
The new Turkish Commercial Code was introduced in a meeting which was organized by the cooperation
of Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Union of Chamber and Commodity Exchanges.
Salih Zeki Murzioğlu, Chairman of Samsun CCI, has stated that when that new law come into
force, competitiveness opportunity will increase. Ahmet Arslan, Samsun Provincial Science, Industry and
Technology Director, Sedat Demirci, President of the Assembly of Samsun CCI, Sinan Çakır, Chairman of
Samsun Commodity Exchange, Ahmet Havyalı, Chairman of the Chamber of Certified Public Accountants,
Members of Samsun CCI and businessmen has participated to the meeting organized with the cooperation
of Samsun CCI and Union of Chamber and Commodity Exchanges in Conference Hall of the
Chamber of Public Accountants.
WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS IN INDUSTRY
The Board of Women Entrepreneurs carrying on their activities under the
coordination of Samsun CCI has visited Elektrosan Elektrobakır San. A.Ş.
- one of the leading companies in the sector of electrolytic copper production-
with Governor Hüseyin Aksoy’s wife, Hülya Aksoy. The Board of
Women Entrepreneurs Members of Samsun CCI, making an indelible
impression with their activities and efforts has lead to a sample activity
once more. The Board of Women Entrepreneurs Members has decided
to visit the companies which contribute to the city economy and employment
with their production capacity. The first stop for them was Elektrosan
Elektrobakır San. A.Ş. which is settled in the organized industrial
zone and of which Salih Zeki Murzioğlu is Chairman of the Board.

Board Members of Samsun Businesswomen Association has visited Chairman
of the Board of Samsun CCI Salih Zeki Murzioğlu in his office.
Münevver Uğurlu, Chairman of the Board of Samsun Businesswomen Association
has informed Salih Zeki Murzioğlu about the aim of their organisation
and prudential plans.
