Making occurs throughthe processes of cognition, conceptualization, and representation. Cognitionand conceptualization are dealt with the notion of noesis, which occurs on thefoundation of four concepts: the self, matter, form, and aim. A design is formedby the cohesion of these four components. Some practical acts are required torepresent this design. However, these practical acts continue the conceptual stateof making because they require the knowledge of making. All stages that createobjects are developed depending on mental productions; this features the processof poiesis. Poiesis is an act of creating objects simply as a product of our integrativecomprehensions. This study involves the redefinition of the concept of making inthe context of the intuitional, undefined, and unlimited states of poiesis.KeywordsArtefact, Noesis, Production of objects, Techne, Conceptualization.
