Яагаад эдгээр хүмүүс, ялангуяа бага насны хүүхдүүдийн хамт энэхүү
агуйн мухарт ийнхүү хөнөөгдөх болов гэдэг нь сонирхол татаж байна.
Эдгээр хүмүүсийг энд хороосон уу, эс бөгөөс өөр газар хороогоод зөөж
авчирсан уу? гэдэг асуудал урган гарч байгаа боловч нарийн тогтоох

-Аюултай халдварт өвчнөөр гэр бүлээрээ өөд болоход хүмүүс халдвараас
болгоомжлон олс сураар арга хэрэглэн хүзүүгээр оосорлож Хэцүү уулын
энэхүү агуйд авчран хаясан байж ч болох юм.
-Судлаач Н.Сэр-Оджавын дүгнэн хэлсэнчлэн уг агуйд хаагдан үлдэж
хүнс нь дуусахад аргагүйн эрхэнд амиа егүүтгэсэн ч байж болох юм.
Ямартаа ч эдгээр хүмүүс нь өөрсдийн үхлээр нас эцэслээгүй, гадны
нөлөөнд өртсөн нь хүзүүнд байгаа олс, сур болон бага балчир хүүхдүүдийн
шарил байгаагаас харагдаж байна.

THE MUMMY UNCOVERED FROM KHETSUU CAVE BURIAL
OF DORNOGOBI AIMAG
In the spring of 2004, nine mummies dating to AD 1300 - AD 1470 were found
in a subterranean cave in the southern Gobi Desert. The remains were sent to
the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC for study, and recently returned
to the Mongolian Academy of Sciences in Ulaanbaatar. The total number of individuals
in this series is nine. This includes: three adults, one adolescent, two
children and three infants. Two of the adults have some muscle tissue but no internal
organs while the third adult has some desiccated organs present. The adolescent
has some soft tissue and with vestiges of a perineum. All three infants
have essentially all soft tissue and organs. One female has displacement of the
pubic syphilis and pitting of the preauricular sulcus consistent with childbirth.
This individual also revealed per mortem fractures of the ilia near the sacroiliac
joints. Seven out of nine individuals show clear evidence of strangulation. The
adult male has the braided rope still embedded in the neck. One of the other
adults has a rope impression in the neck tissue, and disarticulation of C1 and
C2. Two adults had bitten off the tips of their tongues during strangulation.
One infant also had rope present around the neck and an accompanying piece
of stick probably used as a torque producing tool. One infant only has a rope
impression in the neck tissue, but also has a dislocation of C2. The third infant
had a severe wrenching of the head, severing the head from the body, leaving
