Patient and Consumer Experience<br />

MyHealthOne<br />

Our in-house-developed patient portal MyHealthOne continues<br />

to expand its reach in Nashville and Denver markets with<br />

initial focus on MEDITECH networks and hospital clinical<br />

information. While HCA facilities currently use the MEDITECH<br />

patient portal, Epic MyChart, and many HCA provider offices<br />

use the eClinicalWorks Health Portal, the long term vision is<br />

for MyHealthOne to replace these portals so that HCA patients<br />

can access their hospital and physician office information in<br />

one place. It is an incredibly flexible, scalable platform that can<br />

expand and accommodate additional “modules” to meet the<br />

emerging needs of patients.<br />

This year, MyHealthOne received certification as a Meaningful<br />

Use Portal and will be working to expand certification for<br />

Meaningful Use Stage 3 compliance in 2016. As of January 2016,<br />

close to 8,400 users had already enrolled in MyHealthOne<br />

already, with much of that growth occurring organically. Fueling<br />

enrollment are the most popular online features: scheduling an<br />

appointment with a physician and completing pre-registration<br />

and pre-procedure paperwork.<br />

In early 2016, MyHealthOne will complete deployment in the<br />

TriStar, Continental, and MidAmerica Divisions. All of the<br />

remaining HCA eligible hospitals will have MyHealthOne live<br />

before 4th quarter 2016. Meaningful Use Stage 3 attestation<br />

requirement testing will also occur in the 4th quarter. In order<br />

to encourage maximum growth and user adoption, features will<br />

be strategically selected for market release. Planned features for<br />

2016 include the following:<br />

• ADVANCED ANALYTICS FOR USER<br />

JOURNEY MAPPING<br />

• PRODUCT INSIGHTS<br />

MyHealthOne is an important step in bridging the mobility gap<br />

for patients, and the natural, daily growth in enrollment we<br />

witnessed in <strong>2015</strong> is evidence that this new technology provides<br />

the quality online experience our patients desire and deserve.<br />
