for Advanced Technology
We are actively investing in cutting edge
technology in our European production facilities to
drive further improvements in quality and ensure we
continue to lead the market in Construction Fibres.
Further investment will be seen in new fi bre
production machinery as we increase our range of
macro synthetic fi bres.
At ADFIL we pride ourselves in our ability to
align ourselves with our partners and after close
consultation we have developed new macro fi bres
in our range and with our continuous research and
development program we will be looking into even
more technically superior macro synthetic products.
Efter 3 rigtigt spændende år har vi nu i et
glimrende samarbejde med stort set samtlige
færdigbetonværker i DK nu rundet de 350 T DURUS
plastfi bre til vore danske kunder og vi kan med glæde
konstatere at ikke bare landbruget men i sandhed
også den danske industri har fået øjnene op for
mulighederne i vores plastfi bre produktprogram. Med
en dosering på typisk 3-6 kg pr. m³ er vores nyeste
macro syntetiske plastfi ber DURUS S300 nu klar til at
tilbyde markedet endnu et stærkt alternativ og som
altid er vi med ingeniører i vores bagland klar til at
udføre design opgaver som markedet måtte
efterspørge.
Som et eksempel på hvad vi kan tilbyde har vores
ingeniør udarbejdet et design på en 2000 m² gulv
konstruktion i et salt lager og i samarbejde med den
The new addition to ADFIL’s range of synthetic fi bres
is the Durus S300. The macro synthetic fi bre has been
designed to replace traditional steel reinforcement
for a wide range of construction applications with the
benefi ts of increased performance, reduced costs and
health and safety advantages.
We take Health and Safety very seriously and our
fi bre solutions offer not only technical benefi ts to
the concrete, but the fi bres themselves are safer than
other forms of reinforcement available. Not only
are they easier to handle in the concrete production
process, but in the hardened concrete, they will not
create a hazardous site environment as some other
alternative products.
When used with the appropriate design and at the
recommended dosage, the fi bre will enhance the
toughness of the concrete and alleviate the need for
steel mesh. When compared to steel reinforcing mesh,
the fi bre is much easier and safer to handle and there
is no risk of the fi bre being misplaced as the Durus
S300 offers a 3-Dimensional reinforcement system
throughout the total concrete matrix.

Unicon som færdigbeton leverandør er opgaven blevet
udført endog meget tilfreds stillende. I en opgave
