Tight is a combined café, cocktail
bar and restaurant, run by three guys
from France, Canada and Australia.
Tight attracts a mixed crowd and the
atmosphere is relaxed.
Vela located in Vesterbro attracts
lesbians. Gay men are also welcome.
Dance venues
Be Proud is a very popular gay disco in
Copenhagen, open Fridays and Saturdays.
In January Be Proud will change

Club Christopher is at the venue of
the former gay club Pan, now called
K3, in Knabrostræde 3. Club Christopher
is open every Saturday, with different
DJ’s and party themes.
Star12 is opening as the newest
gay and lesbian dance club and bar in
Copenhagen. The opening will be at
New Year’s eve as well as the Grand
Opening Party on 8 January.
24-hour train service between Copenhagen
and Malmö allows you to
party in two different countries in
one night. Wonk@2A is open Saturdays
and located very close to Malmö
central station.
If you are not in the mood for a
dance club, check out the dance floor
at Cosy Bar. It is often packed during
weekend nights.
Eating out
Acquamarina serves Scandinavian fish
and shellfish as a complement to Italian
products of the highest quality.
Jailhouse is a traditional gay restaurant,
located on the first floor
above the bar also called Jailhouse.
The restaurant is open Thursday-Saturday
evenings.
