Offer of the Notes: The Issuer issues bearer Notes (the Notes) in the aggregate
principal amount of up to EUR 50.000.000 divided
into up to 50.000 Notes in a denomination of
EUR 1,000 (the Principal Amount) each.
The offer is unconditional. The Notes shall be placed by
the Issuer by means of a public offer and a private
