Sie sollte eine Situation in sich selbst schaffen,<br />
ein Ganzes, das anders, unabhängig, besser<br />
und hipper ist, als die Welt dort draußen.<br />
Ludvig Daae ist ein norwegischer Choreograf<br />
und Tänzer. Er studierte Tanz am P. A.R. T.S. in<br />
Brüssel und an der Königlichen Schwedischen<br />
Ballettschule in Stockholm. Neben Produktionen<br />
mit seinem Kollektiv ches:co arbeitete er zusammen<br />
u. a. mit Deborah Hay, Company Thor,<br />
Gunilla Heilborn und Xavier Le Roy. Mit seinen<br />
eigenen Arbeiten war er zu Gast an Theatern<br />
und bei Festivals in Belgien, Schweden, Norwegen<br />
und Frankreich.<br />
With FUN, LAUGHS, GOOD TIME the choreographer<br />
Ludvig Daae celebrates his idols in<br />
pop culture and examines whether it is possible<br />
to develop something new from something<br />
that already exists. More than just creating<br />
movement anew, he is interested in transforming<br />
and manipulating elements, commenting<br />
on them and placing them next to one<br />
another. In FUN, LAUGHS, GOOD TIME Ludvig<br />
Daae uses a material the audience is familiar<br />
with, and recycles it and puts in a different<br />
context, allowing him to develop it in another<br />
direction.<br />
The Norwegian Ludvig Daae studied at The Royal<br />
Swedish Ballet School in Stockholm and at<br />
P. A.R. T.S. in Brussels.<br />
