The Foundation Board
Die Hilti Foundation wurde 1996 als gemeinnützige Stiftung
des Martin Hilti Familien Trusts ins Leben gerufen, dem Alleinaktionär
der weltweit tätigen Hilti Gruppe. Seit 2007 ist die
Hilti Foundation eine gemeinsame Einrichtung des Martin Hilti
Familien Trusts und der Hilti Gruppe.
Unter dem Leitsatz „Wir bauen eine bessere Zukunft“ unterstützt
die Hilti Foundation weltweit Aktivitäten und Projekte in
den Schwerpunktbereichen Bezahlbarer Wohnraum, Gesellschaftliche
Entwicklung, Kultur, Katastrophenhilfe, Bildung und
Soziales Unternehmertum.
The Hilti Foundation was established in 1996 as a charitable
foundation of the Martin Hilti Family Trust, which is the sole
shareholder of the internationally active Hilti Group. Since 2007,
the Hilti Foundation has been an organization jointly sponsored
by the Martin Hilti Family Trust and Hilti Group.
Under the guiding principle “we build a better future,” the Hilti
Foundation provides support to activities and projects around
the world, with the focal points on affordable housing, community
development, culture, disaster relief, education and social
entrepreneurship.
Der Stiftungsrat der Hilti Foundation setzt sich aus Vertretern
des Martin Hilti Familien Trusts und der Hilti Aktiengesellschaft
zusammen. Unter der Präsidentschaft von Michael Hilti leiten die
Mitglieder die Aktivitäten der Hilti Foundation. Sie engagieren
sich alle persönlich und begleiten die einzelnen Projekte von der
Evaluation bis zur Umsetzung.

The Hilti Foundation Board comprises representatives of the
Martin Hilti Family Trust and Hilti Corporation. The members
manage the Foundation’s activities under the presidency of
Michael Hilti. All members of the Board are personally
committed to the individual projects, which they also oversee
from the evaluation stage through implementation.
