ein dach über dem kopf zu haben, ist eines der Grundbedürfnisse des
Menschen. es hält uns warm und trocken, schützt vor der witterung
und sieht im besten Fall auch noch gut aus. das dach ist die krone eines
Hauses und trägt maßgeblich zur ästhetik unseres Heims bei. doch ein dach
kann noch viel mehr. belüftungssysteme sorgen für ein gesundes raumklima,
photovoltaikanlagen wandeln sonnenenergie in elektrischen strom
um, und solarthermische anlagen versorgen die bewohner mit heißem wasser.

zur solaranlage alles aus einer Hand. im Jahr 2011 erwirtschafteten 9.350
Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an 130 standorten in 40 ländern einen
umsatz von rund 1,4 Milliarden euro.

am Produktionsstandort in oestrich-winkel stellt der Geschäftsbereich roofing
Components von monier unter anderem dachdurchführungen, -fenster, -kehlen
sowie abfluss- und ventilationssysteme im Spritzgussverfahren her. mit diesem
verfahren werden direkt verwendbare Formteile hergestellt. dazu wird kunststoffgranulat
in einer Spritzgießeinheit plastifiziert und in ein Spritzgießwerkzeug
eingespritzt. dieses werkzeug besteht aus einem hohlraum, welcher die
Form und die oberflächenstruktur des zu fertigenden teils bestimmt. In oestrichwinkel
sind insgesamt 28 Spritzgussmaschinen im einsatz. die maschinen verfügen
über ein komplexes hydraulisches System – in jeder einzelnen maschine sind
zwischen 60 und 90 Schlauchleitungen verbaut. diese hohe anzahl erfordert ein
professionelles Schlauchmanagement, denn laut der bGr 237 sollten hydraulische
Schlauchleitungen alle sechs Jahre ausgetauscht werden. eine aufgabe, die 2012
von hanSa-FleX übernommen wurde.

monier employs an injection moulding process to manufacture roof outlets, dormer

with this process, it is possible to make moulded parts that are usable immediately.
the plastic granules are plasticised in an injection moulding unit and then injected
into an injection moulding tool. the tool consists of a cavity that defines the shape
and surface structure of the manufactured part. In all, there are 28 injection moulding
machines in operation at oestrich-winkel. all of these machines are equipped
with a complex hydraulic system – between 60 and 90 hose lines are installed in
every single machine. the sheer number of hose lines demands a professional hose
management programme, the more so since bGr 237 stipulates that hydraulic hose
lines should be replaced every six years. hanSa-FleX took over this duty in 2012.
