SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
STUDENT ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM SPONSOR
The WBENC Student Entrepreneur Program (SEP) recruits up to 25 female students from diverse universities across
the U.S. who have a demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship as well as a focus in one of the STEM (Science,
Technology, Engineering, & Math) areas to attend the conference. While at NCBF, the student entrepreneurs attend a
tailored curriculum on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, network with women business owners and corporate
representatives, interact with their mentors, and take part in a business plan competition. The title sponsor of this
initiative is a company with a clear understanding of the need to build a pipeline of future female entrepreneurs.
AVAILABILITY: Corporate (1) $40,000 SOLD:
Specific Benefits = Ruby Corporate Benefits package PLUS:
a. Sponsor will be recognized as the title sponsor of the initiative
b. One minute video opportunity to be played at the Kick-off Luncheon
c. Sponsor company will be able to select up to 3 students to mentor
STUDENT ENTREPRENEUR SUPPORTER
An invaluable part of the student entrepreneur experience is the interaction the students have with their
mentors. Student Entrepreneur Supporters assist in covering the travel and lodging costs for a student, and
select one or more representatives from their company to meet up with the student during the conference.
Often students will sit with their mentors at meal functions or work in the mentor’s booth on the day of the
Business Fair. Many students stay in touch with their mentors after the conference concludes.
AVAILABILITY: 22 Cost: $3,500 for one student or $5,000 for two students
Specific Benefits:
a. Student Entrepreneur Supporters will be recognized in the conference Program Guide and in
on-screen branding at the conference.
b. The SEP facilitator will connect Supporters with their designated student prior to the conference
to help establish a relationship.
HEALTH & FITNESS SPONSOR
WBENC is placing a strong emphasis on wellness for women. For the past two years, WBENC has been proud to offer
morning exercise classes for attendees. Sponsors for this opportunity will receive select recognition on conference
activities dedicated to both mental and physical health. Any designated items distributed to promote health & fitness
will be branded with sponsor logos. This opportunity has room for creativity!
AVAILABILITY: Corporate (3) $25,000; WBE (1) $7,500 SOLD:
Specific Benefits = Emerald Corporate Sponsor Benefits OR Emerald WBE Sponsor Benefits PLUS:
a. Designated items distributed to promote health & fitness will be branded with sponsor logos.
b. Sponsors will be recognized in all pre-marketing of fitness activities.
CONFERENCE MOBILE APP SPONSOR
This year’s attendees will be able to navigate around the schedule, Business Fair and venue using our mobile app
and at the same time read more information about the sponsors, speakers and sessions and send messages to
fellow participants. The Mobile App Lead Sponsor will be a true partner in taking the NCBF conference to the next
level of interactivity.
AVAILABILITY: Corporate (1) $25,000 SOLD:
Specific Benefits = Emerald Corporate Sponsor Benefits PLUS:
a. Sponsor will have primary presence on the mobile app and in pre-conference and onsite marketing of the
technology.
Note: WBENC may offer secondary advertising opportunities to others through the App, but they will not overshadow
the presence of the Mobile App Lead Sponsor.
