SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
APPAREL SPONSOR
The WBENC conference t-shirt has become a highly collectable item. All 3,000+ conference attendees receive their
shirt at on-site Registration. They choose the color representing their regional partner organization and then wear
it to the Business Fair Evening Reception. It’s an easy way to network and an outstanding branding opportunity for a
sponsor. For WBE sponsors, the company logo will only appear on the shirts of your RPO region.
AVAILABILITY: Corporate (2) $25,000; WBE (14) $7,500 SOLD:
Specific Benefits = Emerald Corporate Sponsor Benefits OR Emerald WBE Sponsor Benefits PLUS:
a. The corporate sponsor logos will appear on all shirts. Each WBE sponsor will have their logo displayed along
with the corporate sponsor logos on the shirt representing their regional partner organization (RPO). Each
RPO has a color assigned to represent their region.
b. Historically, the sponsor logo is displayed in black or white.
NETWORKING LOUNGE SPONSOR
In between keynote sessions, workshops, and the Business Fair, conference participants need a place where they can
have a productive conversation in a comfortable environment. Each Lounge will be situated in a high-volume area
of the convention center to ensure easy access for attendees and strong visibility for Lounge sponsors. There are (3)
Lounges available. Each will be exclusively sponsored by one company.
AVAILABILITY: Corporate (3) $20,000 SOLD:
Specific Benefits = Sapphire Corporate Sponsor Benefits PLUS:
a. Exclusive signage in and around designated Lounge.
b. Sponsor may place collateral in Lounge.
TRANSPORTATION SPONSOR
Be a company that moves people by becoming a Transportation Sponsor! WBENC’s largest evening event always
occurs “off campus.” More than 2,000 people will be transported through the streets of Philadelphia to an iconic
destination for food, fun, and most likely dancing. Don’t miss out on having your brand seen by the whole city.

2015 WBENC CONFERENCE LUGGAGE TAG SPONSOR – AUSTIN, TX
WBENC markets the conference following the current year’s conference with a luggage tag designed to promote the
location and date of that conference. The goal is to have current year conference attendees save the date for the future
conference, and get ready to pack their bags again. From Philadelphia, we’ll be leaving the cheesesteak and bagels
behind and picking up a real steak along with a margarita when we get to Austin, TX.
AVAILABILITY: Corporate (1) $20,000 SOLD:
Specific Benefits = Sapphire Corporate Sponsor Benefits package PLUS:
a. Exclusive logo presentation either on the luggage tag or on the packaging
b. The item is included in the 3,000+ conference bags distributed on-site.
c. Extra tags are used at promotional events for the remainder of the year.
