2014 WBENC NATIONAL CONFERENCE & BUSINESS FAIR MONDAY - ENGAGEMENT The first day of the conference focuses on the “E” in WBENC’s CORE values: Certification, Opportunities, Resources, and Engagement. Energy is high and conference participants are ready to network and get down to business. KICK-OFF LUNCHEON SPONSOR The Kick-Off Luncheon is where the excitement begins. As a sponsor of the first, official event of the 2014 NCBF, your company will be associated with the dynamism and charisma that’s become an integral part of this program. This is the time when WBENC communicates the goals of the conference and the Conference Co-Chairs share their insights. And, it is when our Kick-Off Luncheon sponsors share individual video messages that will have the attention of more than 1,500 women business owners, Fortune 500 senior executives and procurement representatives, and government officials in attendance. Sponsor may have one piece of collateral placed in the seats at each table WELCOME RECEPTION SPONSOR After attending the Kick-Off Luncheon and the first round of impactful workshops, attendees are ready to walk and talk! The Welcome Reception is the place for them to channel their energy. Here they engage with colleagues, participate in the Silent Auction, and keep an eye out for opportunity. Reception sponsors can design their own “experience area” where they can interact with attendees and really communicate their value proposition. Create an interactive space for attendees to experience your company’s service/product* b. Prominent signage at Reception c. Gobo lighting will display logo on an event wall *Sponsors may incur additional cost for food & beverage, A/V and electrical, etc. SILENT AUCTION CHAIR The Silent Auction is held during the Welcome Reception. It is a huge draw for conference participants due to the quality and variety of the items on display. Auction proceeds support the programs of WBENC and its regional partner organizations. Auction Chairs receive heavy publicity beginning well in advance of the conference as they are featured on all marketing and solicitation campaigns for the Auction. This is an exclusive sponsorship for one corporate sponsor and one WBE sponsor. AVAILABILITY: Corporate (1) $25,000; WBE (1) $10,000 SOLD: Specific Benefits = Emerald Corporate Sponsor Benefits OR Ruby WBE Sponsor Benefits PLUS: a. Prominent signage and appropriate recognition at Silent Auction b. Visibility in all pre-conference communications regarding Auction donation solicitation and event marketing c. Logo recognition on Silent Auction Directory (distributed to all conference attendees, approximately 1,500, prior to Silent Auction) d. Participation on Auction Planning Committee e. Auction chairs are encouraged to donate an item to further leverage their visibility 8
