WBENC strongly believes that sponsorship opportunities should be available to a wide range of companies. To that<br />
end, there are multiple sponsorship opportunities with corresponding benefits that vary depending on the price<br />
associated with the sponsorship.<br />

Sponsorship Benefits:<br />
Rather than repeating the basic benefits for every sponsorship, the benefits packages have been placed together on<br />
pages 24–26. Thus, if a sponsorship indicates that Emerald Corporate Benefits are included, then you would view<br />
those benefits on page 24. Some sponsorships have openings for Corporate Members and WBENC-certified WBEs.<br />
The benefits packages are clearly listed as either Corporate or WBE.<br />
The brochure is organized to first showcase the sponsorships associated with the functions listed in the sample<br />
schedule on page 4. Following that, you will find a catalog of General Event Sponsorships that is organized<br />
by price with the highest visibility items listed first.<br />
Key Terminology Notes:<br />
Full <strong>Conference</strong> Admission – Includes all meal functions, evening receptions, the Business Fair, conference<br />
workshops and the Tribute! Reception and Dinner.<br />
Exhibitor Day Pass – Includes all meal functions, Business Fair activities and the evening reception on<br />
Tuesday, June 24 only. This pass cannot be exchanged for admission to Monday or Wednesday activities.<br />
