Visualisation of the generic Scrum process adopted in the conceptual
design project at Bauhaus Luftfahrt: It illustrates the breakdown of the project
time in iterative periods of 30 days called “sprints”. Therein, the developer
team itself monitors the progress in short 15-minute meetings called “Daily
Scrums”. In each sprint a part of the overall product backlog is realised to
a potentially shippable product. This iterative approach fosters the dialogue
between customer and developer team, who together revise and realign the
product requirements and especially time estimates after each sprint until the
final product is completed.
