Scientific Credits
The German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification
for Orthopaedic Technology (IQZ) will award
participants of the ISPO World Congress IQZ points in
category B (congresses of more than one day’s duration)
on all six days of the congress. For orthopaedic
footwear technology, both the ZVOS and AGOS associations
will award the maximum available points
on all days of the congress. For colleagues who
belong to the Swiss professional association SVOT/
ASTO, the World Congress is recognised for the purpose
of credits as further professional development.
For American colleagues, a list of participants will be
available from the American Board for Certification in
Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC). The event has been
registered with the Chamber of Medical Practitioners
in the State of Saxony (Sächsische Landesärztekammer)
as further profesional training/development for
doctors in the category “congresses of more than
one day’s duration). Certificates of attendance at the
ISPO World Congress and at specialist forums within
the framework of attendance at the trade fair will
be issued by the Congress Office in the Leipzig Congress
Center (CCL). Certificates of attendance at the
trade fair will be issued at the ORTHOPÄDIE-TECH-
NIK/Forum International stand in Exhibition Hall 3.

Das Institut für Qualitätssicherung und Zertifizierung
in der Orthopädie-Technik (IQZ) vergibt an die Teilnehmer
des ISPO Weltkongresses in der Kategorie B
(mehrtägige Kongresse) IQZ-Punkte an allen sechs
Kongresstagen. Auch für die Orthopädieschuhtechnik
vergeben beide Verbände ZVOS und AGOS die
maximale Punktzahl an allen Kongresstagen. Für
Kollegen des Schweizer Berufsverbandes SVOT / ASTO
ist der Weltkongress als Fortbildung anerkannt. Für
amerikanische Kollegen liegt eine Teilnehmerliste
des American Board for Certification in Orthotics
and Prosthetics (ABC) aus. Bei der Sächsischen Landesärztekammer
ist die Veranstaltung als ärztliche
Fort- und Weiterbildung in der Kategorie „mehrtägige
Kongresse“ beantragt.
Bescheinigungen über die Teilnahme am ISPO Weltkongress
und über die Teilnahme an Fachforen im
Rahmen der Messeteilnahme werden im Kongressbüro
im Congress Center Leipzig (CCL) ausgegeben.
Bescheinigungen über die Teilnahme an der Fachmesse
werden am Stand ORTHOPÄDIE-TECHNIK / Forum
International in der Messehalle 3 ausgegeben.
