The Social Programme is considered an essential part of
the 2010 World Congress since personal communications
and making new contacts is the foundation upon
which the ISPO professional capabilities can thrive.
Opening Ceremony und Welcome Reception
Monday, May 10, 2010, from 10:30
The 13 th ISPO World Congress will be officially opened
on the first day of the congress. The traditional Knud
Jansen speech will be given to honour the founder of
ISPO, Knud Jansen in the solemn atmosphere of this
event. Lloyd Feinberg, USAID (USA International Development
Organisation) will be making this speech
in 2010 and after the official ceremony the speakers,
visitors to the congress and ISPO members are invited
to attend a reception in front of Hall 1 in the Congress
Center (CCL).
ISPO World Assembly
Tuesday, May 12, 2010, 12:15 - 13:45
The ISPO World Assembly takes place once every
three years, normally at the time of the World Congress.
The Assembly is the only forum where all ISPO
members have the opportunity to meet together to
discuss activities and latest developments in society.
ISPO members receive a report directly from the
President. Furthermore, they will witness the departure
of the outgoing Executive Board and welcome
new Board Members who have been elected by the
International Committee. ISPO members are cordially
invited to participate in the World Assembly.

Rahmenprogramm
Das Rahmenprogramm ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil
des Weltkongresses 2010, weil persönliche Gespräche
und das Knüpfen neuer Kontakte die Grundlage
für eine erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung des fachlichen
Potentials der ISPO bilden.
Eröffnung und Begrüßungsempfang
Montag, 10. Mai 2010, ab 10:30 Uhr
Der 13. ISPO Weltkongress wird am ersten Kongresstag
offiziell eröffnet. Der traditionelle Knud-Jansen-
Vortrag zu Ehren des ISPO-Gründers Knud Jansen findet
im feierlichen Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung statt.
2010 wird Lloyd Feinberg, USAID (US-amerikanische
Behörde für internationale Entwicklung), diesen
Vortrag halten. Nach der offiziellen Zeremonie sind
Referenten, Kongressbesucher und ISPO-Mitglieder
zum Empfang vor dem Saal 1 im Congress Center
Leipzig (CCL) eingeladen.
ISPO World Assembly

Die Weltversammlung der ISPO wird alle drei Jahre,
üblicherweise anlässlich eines Weltkongresses,
einberufen. Die Versammlung ist das einzige Forum,
das allen ISPO-Mitgliedern die Gelegenheit bietet,
einander zu begegnen und über die neuesten Entwicklungen
innerhalb der Gesellschaft zu diskutieren.
Der Präsident erstattet den Mitgliedern der ISPO
direkt Bericht. Die Mitglieder werden Zeugen der
Verabschiedung von Vorstandsmitgliedern sowie der
Begrüßung neuer, durch das Internationale Komitee
gewählter Vorstandsmitglieder. Die Mitglieder der
ISPO sind herzlich eingeladen, an der Weltversammlung
teilzunehmen.
