This small company from Lower Austria has
been producing non-ferrous mass turning
parts with a 1mm to 20mm diameter for
almost 50 years (focusing on brass and aluminum).
On the production site, which is located
near Vienna, fi ve employees produce a diverse
range of small and smallest mouldings
in medium- to large-sized series. These parts
are made exactly according to our clients‘
wishes and specifi cations with 20 long turning
machines and 10 short turning machines,
which are conventionally operated as
well as CNC operated.
Ernst Binder GmbH established itself as a
specialist for the production of individual
small and smallest mouldings for the electronic,
sanitary and toy industry by focusing
primarily on customers‘ wishes and close cooperation
with each individual client - even
as early as in the advance development
phase. 60% of all produced mouldings are
exported to clients in Germany, Ireland and
the Netherlands who rely on the know-how
of Ernst Binder GmbH for the production of
individual mass turning parts. ❚

Seit fast 50 Jahren beschäftigt sich das
niederösterreichische Kleinunternehmen
mit der Produktion von Massendrehteilen
mit 1–20 mm Durchmesser aus Buntmetall
(Schwerpunkt: Messing und Aluminium).
Am Produktionsstandort unweit von Wien
werden mit fünf Mitarbeitern auf 20 Langdreh-
und 10 Kurzdrehautomaten unterschiedlichste
Klein- und Kleinstformteile in
Mittel-. bzw. Großserie – teils konventionell,
teils CNC-gesteuert – exakt gemäß den individuellen
Wünschen und Plänen der Kunden
gefertigt.
Durch höchste Kundenorientierung und
enge Zusammenarbeit mit jedem einzelnen
Auftraggeber – falls gewünscht, bereits in der
Phase der Vorausentwicklungen – hat sich
die Ernst Binder GmbH als Spezialist in der
Fertigung von individuellen Klein- und
Kleinstformteilen für die Elektronik-, Sanitär-
und Spielwarenindustrie etabliert. Rund
60 Prozent der erzeugten Formteile gehen
ins Ausland: Auftraggeber aus Deutschland,
Irland, Holland, etc. setzen für die Fertigung
individueller Massendrehteile auf das Knowhow
der Ernst Binder GmbH. ❚
