On ERCA-FORMSEAL machines, label positionning is achieved through
in mould label introduction.
Advantages are multiples, a perfect label positioning on the whole pack,
up to 20% savings on plastic providing a higher vertical pressure
resistency of the cups and the ability to change label height change
over within minutes.
The conception of this module allows to keep machine output at its
maximum thanks to the fact that the label is introduced into the mould
during the forming of the previous cup.
In addition to have a compact line avoiding additional labeling system,
spare parts accumulation and maintenance cost, ERCA-FORMSEAL
labeling systems allow a great freedom to marketing to express itself
through high quality paper printing.

Trainings
Erca-Formseal's training programs are meant to optimize the packaging
lines. From maintaining to running the machine, all the technical skills
and knowledge in pneumatics, mechanics, process... are developped in
the course of 2 to 15 days sessions
Training is important to keep technicians and pilots always up to date
with the evolution of Erca-Formseal's FFS technology.
Trainees are getting both theoretical and on the job learning to meet
any specific demand.
Sessions are held either at our facilities of Les Ulis or Falaise or directly
on the customer's premises.
Technical support is also available from or MDS system in the
maintenance and pilot modules.
