In thiscontext, concepts for data technologicalvisualization of products andproduct structures are developedand implemented.The research field “ICT management”deals with the developmentof IC structures to exchange informationas well as knowledge during theproduct design phase in an efficientway. The goal is to provide the rightinformation and knowledge at theright time at the right location, whichmeans to enrich the product by applyingProduct Embedded Identification(PEID). In this context, aspects ofRapid Prototyping and Virtual Realityare also considered. Research in thisarea integrates Virtual reality in theproduct design phase.
