uch bei noch so sauber installierten Car-Hifi-Anlagen kommt es immer
Awieder zu unerwünschten Schwingungen der Karosserieteile des
Autos oder des Interieurs.
Dies hängt unter anderem mit den reichlich vorhandenen
Resonanzräumen, mit ungenügender Aussteifung des Einbauortes der
Lautsprecher und natürlich auch mit dem vom klanglich ungünstigsten
Material des Autos überhaupt – dem Blech – zusammen.
Bei Standardeinbauten (d.h. Radio und Lautsprecher sind werkseitig eingebaut)
werden wegen der recht geringen erreichbaren Lautstärke und der
zumeist schwachen Basswiedergabe diese Effekte vom menschlichen Ohr
so gut wie nicht wahrgenommen.
Werden höhere Maßstäbe an den Klang der Car-Hifi-Anlage gestellt,
ändern sich zwangsläufig sowohl die Qualität der eingesetzten Geräte, als
auch die Ansprüche an die Dämmung. Denn nichts trübt den Hörgenuss
mehr als schwingende, dröhnende Karosserieteile.
Um die Lösung dieses Problems sind wir – die Firma Audiotechnik Dietz –
bereits seit vielen Jahren bemüht. Jetzt endlich können wir Ihnen ein
Produkt vorstellen, welches sich kinderleicht, ohne besonderes Werkzeug
und ohne Vorbehandlung der zu behandelnden Oberflächen aufbringen
lässt.
HushMat ist das Ergebnis jahrelanger Forschungs- und
Entwicklungsarbeit. HushMat ist eine drucksensitive Mehrschicht-
Dämmplatte mit hervorragender Haftung auf nahezu allen Oberflächen.
Selbst auf öligem Metall haftet HushMat fest und sicher. Die speziell
gearbeitete Aluminiumfolie-Mehrschicht-Dämmplatte mit viskoelastischen
Polymer-Kunststoffschichten dämpft hocheffektiv Störgeräusche und ist
sowohl bei Kälte als auch bei Temperaturen bis 200 °C temperatur- und
haftungsstabil. HushMat greift die Oberfläche nicht an und kann sowohl
auf vor-, als auch auf endbehandelten Flächen aufgebracht werden. Durch
seine exzellente Haftung ergibt sich auch ein sehr guter Korrosionsschutz.
HushMat einfach zuschneiden, Schutzpapier abziehen und auf die
gewünschte Stelle kleben.
Einfacher und effektiver können Sie nicht dämmen. Sie erzielen das beste

ven if car-hifi systems are accurately mounted, it is often the case that
Eunwanted vibrations appear, caused by parts of the chassis or of the
car’s interior. The reason for these vibrations can e. g. be the great number
of resonance cavities, a bad reinforcement of the speaker mounting
place and of course the worst material regarding the sound quality at all –
the sheet metal – which the car is made of.
These effects remain almost unnoticed in case of standard installations
(i. e. the radio and the speakers were installed by the car producer)
because of a maximum volume which is relatively low and a weak bass
output.
With the rising standard regarding the car car-hifi system, not only the
quality of the devices but also the demands concerning the damping
becomes higher: because nothing is more troubling than vibrating and
droning parts of the chassis.
For many years we – Audiotechnik Dietz – have been trying to solve this
problem. Finally we are able to present a product which can be handled
easily without any special tools and without pre-treating of the surfaces.
HushMat is the result of a long-lasting research and development.
HushMat is a pressure-sensitive multilayered damper with excellent
adhesion to multi-surfaces – including oily material. The specially formulated
aluminium-foil-multilayer-damping sheet with viscoelastic polymer
layer gives effective damping of noise and is temperature-resisting against
cold as well as to 200° C. It is compatible with automotive coatings and will
not damage them. It can be used on pre-treated and finished surfaces.
With its superior adhesion characteristics it provides excellent corrosion
resistance.
Simply cut HushMat to shape, peel off the release liner and press onto
the desired surface. Damping cannot be easier and more effective! You will
