Cancellation of registration:<br />

October 4th, the registration fee will be reimbursed minus a handling fee<br />
of 25% of fees paid . No reimbursement is possible after that date . Name<br />

● CSM is making the reservation on your behalf . Therefore the contract is<br />

● You will receive a detailed confirmation of hotel reservation from CSM by<br />

● The hotel may charge cancellation fees in case they cannot sell a cancelled<br />
room or cancelled night to another guest . Please send your cancellation to<br />
