Das SALVERE Projekt
Artenreiche Grünlandgesellschaften - eine Ressource
für den Erhalt der biologischen Vielfalt
Mittelgeber:
INTERREG IVB, Central Europe Programm
FKZ 1CE052P3, Laufzeit 01.01.2009 - 31.12.2011
Das Hauptziel des Projektes ist die Verbesserung
der Erntemethoden für Samengemische aus naturnahen,
artenreichen Grünlandgesellschaften und
die Optimierung naturnaher Begrünungsmethoden
bei der Neuanlage von artenreichen Wiesen auf
ehemaligen Ackerstandorten und Rohbodenflächen
(z. B. nach dem Abbau von Bodenschätzen oder
nach Baumaßnahmen) sowie bei der Aufwertung
von artenarmen Wirtschaftsgrünland.
Die Ergebnisse des SALVERE Projektes fließen in
ein Praxishandbuch zur Samengewinnung und Renaturierung
von artenreichem Grünland ein, dass
Ende 2011 in deutscher und englischer Sprache
erscheinen wird.
The SALVERE Project
Semi-natural grassland as a source of biodiversity
improvement
Funding:
INTERREG IVB, Central Europe Program,
FKZ 1CE052P3; duration: 01/01/2009 - 31/12/2011
The main goal of the project is the development of
effective harvesting methods for directly harvested
seed mixtures in species-rich grasslands and the
optimisation of near-natural restoration methods
in the re-vegetation of species-rich grasslands on
former arable land, raw soils (e.g. after mining, road
construction, ski slopes), and in the restoration of
degraded grasslands.
Experiences from the SALVERE project will be
implemented into a practical handbook for seed
harvest and ecological restoration of species-rich
grasslands that will be published in English and
German end of 2011.
