I like to listen to Soul­music. I listen to classical music
by candle­light. The ‘Kap’ is my favourite pub. In the
summer, you can often find me playing crazy golf. On
some weekends, I go to the ZKM. I often visit recordstores.
At the weekend, I go for a walk in a forest close
to Rüppur. I drive to work almost every day. I go shopping
in the supermarket around the corner. I quite
often go to the pictures. I drink too much wine in the
‘Kap’. I almost feel more at home in a forest near
Weingarten than in my flat. I regularly visit galleries. In
order to relax, I go for walks in the countryside of the
region. Once a week I visit the market. At the market,
I buy articles for daily use. I go to the pictures to be
entertained. I feel at ease in a restaurant. A visit to an
exhibition enriches my life. I get on trains at a station.
In the southern part of the city, there is a spacious
place, which passes over to lawn or buildings at the
borders; there I like to run around. On Saturday, I like
going to the swimming pool. Since I got together with
my boyfriend, I like visiting bars in the evening. I am
often in the library. I go to the nursery school every
day. Once a month, I go to the sauna. I generally stay
in the academy. I visit the ‘Vierordtbad’ to go swimming.
I work for Karstadt. I go to my studio every day.
Now and again I have to go to the bank. Sometimes I
go to the ‘Andes’­library. On this occasion, I go to the
supermarket or to the weekly market. I regularly go to
the toilet. I am regularly in the dojo. I regularly go to
the Knielinger­lake to take pictures. I go to my studio
to paint. On Monday and Tuesday, I work in the subway.
I am often in the ‘Milano’­bar. There are one or
two cafés in which I like to spend my time. Friends of
mine own a wine­shop, where I often visit them. A walk
leads past the dome to the dome­gardens. Almost
every week, I have to go to the bank. It is wonderful to
walk around in a toy­store. In the morning and in the
evening, I am at the station. I usually buy my tobacco
at the same newsagent’s. I cross over the ‘Berliner
Platz’. I am often at the university. When I want to work
or study in peace and quiet, I sit in the reading room
of the national library. In the afternoon, I go to the
studio. I ride through the ‘Hardt’­forest with my bike. I
work at a post­office in the evening. I often look at the
illuminated fountain at the festival place. I am often in
the ‘Milano’­bar. I visit the ‘Elche’ in the upper forest.
At dusk I walk to the bridge of the goods station. Every
day, I go to the grocer’s. The savings bank is important
for me. I pay my bills in the post­office. I work for
the national theatre. I spend many hours in the
‘Schloss’­park. There are a number of cafés in which I
spend the afternoon reading. At times I spend whole
days in the library. I hate the traffic­free zone, which
makes shopping easy, because it looks like the trafficfree
zone of every German city. Parks are the lungs of
the cities and let people breathe. The ZKM and the
University for Artistic Design are foreign bodies in this
city. At the borders of the city the concept of civilisation
frays. In this place, there are cafés and bars for different
people and moods; here, all things are on a different
scale compared to where I was before. I go back
to our beautiful flat. On Tuesday evening I drive away
to meditate in a cellar. At certain times I visit a friend
of mine in her studio. Some time ago, I used to like
going for a walk in the southern part of the city. I work
at the theatre. I regularly drive to the University of
Music. I often walk quickly to the ‘Schloss’­park. I go
shopping at ‘Aldi’. I drive to the east part of the city to
go to the gym and the sauna. Almost every day I empty
the mail­box. I am often in the library. At least once
a week I go to the pictures. I like going for walks in the
‘Stadtgarten’. In the evening I sit in pubs. I like to go to
the pictures. I go to the pub with friends of mine. I
often visit museums. Sometimes I go to the supermarket.
I love shopping in large department stores. I see
Thorsten almost every day. If we can manage it, Jutta
and I visit each other. Otherwise we use the phone.
Wolfram isn’t in Vienna yet. I visit Margarette and her
family as often as possible. I see Christine rarely but
at very regular intervals. I see Christian almost every
day. I spent many Thursdays together with Christine. I
usually only see my flatmate Guido in the evening.
Marie lives in this flat. Heinz helps me with technical
problems. I often meet Peter to chat. I meet Andrea
once a month. My neighbour Christof comes almost
daily to chat a bit. My son is called Jan. Helmut is the
name of my husband. My girlfriend is called Malisa.
My neighbours call me Ulrich. My girlfriend says ‘Ulla’
when she answers the phone. I often laugh together
with Bernd, kiss him, sleep with him and share my
secrets. Seeing Thorsten makes me smoke, sit on a
chair, reflect and talk politely and correctly. I like to kiss
Ulli on the cheek and mouth; she is a woman. I often
think of Cilia. Hanna is enormously good at listening to
you; we often meet. I am almost always together with
Leonard. I meet Josephine very often. I am often in
touch with Karin. I see Verena and Pascal every day.
In the morning, I like to speak to my wife Mona. I rarely
see my old friends Harald, Dole, Marianne and
Manfred. I often have conversations with my former
students Peter, Christian and Christof. Now and again
I meet my former students Marie and Thorsten. In
Italy, I like talking to not too uneducated people, e.g.
Lilla or Marmory. My first contact is called Katharina. I
often meet Frank. A friend I often talk to is called
Oliver. Reinhardt is a very good cook. Patrick usually
brings a bottle of wine along. With Annabel you can
argue and also make up again. Gernot has now been
my partner for three years. Andreas, Frank and Michael
are collegues I like to work with. With Elsa, my
neighbour, I often chat a bit. I sometimes phone my
