Non stop developments in the implantology world are allowing us to work with a higher rate of
success in our daily practice . Along this conference we are presenting new tendencies inside
implantology starting from the preparation of a post-extraction alveolus with new biotechnology procedures
enabling us to shorten down treatment timings and assure a quicker and better regeneration
of the post-extraction alveolus. We will also go through the ridge expansion and the new drilling
protocoles. We have the always challenging treatment of an extremely reabsorbed maxilla as
well. We will introduce you to new surgical-prostodontic alternatives to these situations. We would
also like to review current biomecanic concepts and the importance of knowing how to obtain an
appropriate loads distribution.
