wie die Zeit doch rast. Es ist Sommer<br />
und schon wieder Halbzeit für 20<strong>18</strong>. Jetzt<br />
wäre es eigentlich an der Zeit, endlich die<br />
Dinge anzupacken, die Sie sich für 20<strong>18</strong><br />
vorgenommen haben. Aber das ist manchmal<br />
gar nicht so leicht. Viele stecken in der<br />
Alltagsmühle fest und Änderungen sind<br />
nur schwer zu integrieren.<br />
Ich kann da aus eigener Erfahrung nur<br />
einen Tipp geben: Nicht alles auf einmal<br />
anpacken. Das ist sowieso nie zu schaffen.<br />
Erst mal im Kleinen anfangen. Ich garantieren<br />
Ihnen: wenn das funktioniert, dann<br />
kann das mächtig motivieren, um weiterzumachen.<br />
Ich wünsche Ihnen eine schöne und inspirierende<br />

Dear readers,<br />
how time flies. Summer is here and we<br />
are already halfway through 20<strong>18</strong>. It is high time<br />
finally to tackle those things you had resolved to<br />
take care of in 20<strong>18</strong>. But sometimes it is really not<br />
so easy to do. Many people are stuck in the everyday<br />
grind and it is hard to fit in changes.<br />
From my own experience, I can only offer one tip:<br />
do not try to do everything at once. It isn’t possible<br />
anyway. Start with the small things. I can guarantee<br />
you that if that works it will provide a powerful<br />
motivation to carry on.<br />
I hope you have a lovely, inspiring summer. Think<br />
positive and enjoy life.<br />
