An- und Abreise
Unsere Ferienwohnungen und Ferienhäuser sind ab 17:00 Uhr bezugsfertig. Bitte räumen
Sie Ihre Ferienwohnung oder Ihr Ferienhaus bis 10:00 Uhr. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Ihr
Gepäck im Gepäckraum abzustellen.
Bei Anreise:
• Sie erhalten Ihr Schlüsselarmband mit integriertem Chip. Bitte zeigen Sie dieses
Schlüsselarmband in den Attraktionen und gastronomischen Einrichtungen vor.
• Wir bitten Sie, aus Sicherheitsgründen Parkverbote zu beachten und Ihren PKW
nicht auf Grün- oder Pflanzflächen, bzw. vor Ausfahrten und vor Müllcontainern
abzustellen.
• Haustiere sind nur mit Voranmeldung und gegen Gebühr gestattet. Nicht in allen
Ferienwohnugstypen ist das Mitbringen von Haustieren erlaubt.

Guthaben aufladen: So geht’s:
• Wiederaufladbar an der Information/Rezeption täglich von 08:00 bis 19:00 Uhr oder
rund um die Uhr an der ****Strandhotel-Rezeption
• Mindestwert: 10,00 €. Maximalwert: 500,00 €
• Das Guthaben kann von allen Personen Ihrer Buchung genutzt werden, da es mit Ihrem
Reservierungsprofil verknüpft ist
• Das Restguthaben ist nicht auszahlbar
• Gültigkeit: 3 Jahre ab der letzten Aufladung
Bei Abreise:
• Bringen Sie den Müll in die vorgesehenen Müllcontainer.
• Leeren Sie den Kühlschrank.
• Stapeln Sie die Garten- und Balkonmöbel.
• Waschen Sie Ihr Geschirr ab.
Der Ferien- und Freizeitpark Weissenhäuser Strand übernimmt keine Haftung für das
Aufbewahren und Verschicken von Fundsachen. Für das Versenden von Fundsachen
berechnen wir eine Aufwandspauschale von 10,00 € für normale Pakete ins Inland, 20,00 €
ins Ausland. Eventuelle Mehrkosten werden gesondert berechnet.

Abenteuer Dschungelland: Täglich geöffnet von 10:00 bis 22:00 Uhr. Saisonale
Änderungen möglich. Terrarienlandschaft, Hochseilklettergarten, Badminton,

Dschungelrestaurant täglich geöffnet von 12:00 bis 21:30 Uhr, Änderungen möglich, Tischreservierung

Adventure Golf: Bei der Alm.
Animation: Die Wochenprogramme der Animation entnehmen Sie bitte der Website,
den Displays, verschiedenen Schaukästen, Auslagen und dem Infokanal im TV.

Boards und Surfbretter vermietet. Vermietung über den Strandkorbverleih am Strand.

Strandreitschule: Nahe der Wakeboard- und Wasserskianlange (Waterpark) bei Parkplatz 2
befindet sich eine Reitschule mit großen und kleinen Pferden.
Subtropisches Badeparadies: Täglich geöffnet von 09:00 bis 20:30 Uhr, letzter
Einlass 19:00 Uhr, saisonale Änderungen möglich, Telefon: 04361 55 27 61.
Tierfütterung: Bitte erklären Sie auch Ihren Kindern, dass sie Enten und Fische in den
Teichanlagen des Ferien- und Freizeitparks sowie Möwen und Katzen nicht füttern. Tierfutter
für unsere Ziegen im Streichelzoo erhalten Sie an der Kasse des Abenteuer Dschungellandes,
der Fußballgolfanlage sowie dem Waterpark und dem Fahrradverleih.
Waterpark: Die Attraktionen mit Wakeboard- und Wasserskianlage bieten Wasserspaß

Wäsche: Bettwäsche und Handtücher finden Sie in Ihrer Ferienwohnung oder in Ihrem
Ferienhaus. Wäschetausch gegen entsprechende Gebühr können Sie beim Service Point
vornehmen, siehe Lageplan.
Einkaufen
Banken: In Oldenburg in Holstein auf dem Marktplatz, EC-Automat auf dem Dorfplatz neben
dem KidzClub, hier können gegebenenfalls Gebühren anfallen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: EDEKA-Supermarkt und Boutiquen.
Hops-Shop: Souvenirs und mehr finden Sie bei uns in der Dünengalerie. Öffnungszeiten
entnehmen Sie bitte dem Aushang.
Gastronomie
Frühstück: Täglich reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet von 07:00 bis 11:00 Uhr für Parkgäste im
Restaurant Möwenbräu und für Hotelgäste von 07:00 bis 11:00 Uhr im Restaurant Sonnenrose.
Bitte reservieren Sie vorab online einen Tisch und legen Sie Ihr Schlüsselarmband
dem Service-Personal vor.

Hausordnung
• Rauchen ist in den Ferienwohnungen und Ferienhäusern nicht gestattet.
• Jeder Mieter hat sich so zu verhalten, dass andere Gäste nicht belästigt werden.
• Radio- und sonstige Tonwiedergabegeräte sind bitte auf Zimmerlautstärke einzustellen.
• Respektieren Sie Ihre Nachbarn, insbesondere in den Ruhezeiten von 13:00 bis 15:00
Uhr und von 22:00 bis 07:00 Uhr.
• Hunde sind nur an der Leine zu führen. Die Hinterlassenschaften sind selbstständig
zu entfernen. Spender für Kotbeutel stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung.
Hinweis: Der Hundestrand befindet sich rechts von der Seebrücke.
• Das Grillen in den Unterkünften sowie auf den Balkons bzw. Terrassen der Bungalows,
Ferienwohnungen und Penthäuser ist untersagt.
• Bei groben Verstößen gegen diese Hausordnung und die Interessen der Mehrheit
der Urlauber behalten wir uns eine fristlose Kündigung des Mietverhältnisses vor.
• Handtücher bitte nur in den Ferienwohnungen und Ferienhäusern nutzen und nicht an
den Strand, ins Subtropisches Badeparadies oder ins Dünenbad mitnehmen.
Kinder
Babysitter: Bitte einige Tage vorher an der Rezeption im Informationsgebäude anmelden.
Wir bemühen uns, Ihnen einen Babysitter zu vermitteln. Das Honorar zahlen Sie diesem
bitte direkt.
HopsClub: Anmeldung online oder nach Verfügbarkeit an der Information/Rezeption, täglich
08:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und 13:00 bis 17:00 Uhr.
Kinderanimation: Unser KidzClub für kleine Gäste (ab 4 Jahre) befindet sich am Dorfplatz.
Neben dem kostenfreien Besuch, bieten wir die Betreuung Ihrer Kinder für 2,00 € pro
Stunde und Kind an.

Sicherheit und Haftung
Feuer: Bitte verständigen Sie sofort die Feuerwehr unter 0 - 112. Feuerlöscher befinden
sich an den gekennzeichneten Stellen in den Fluren und Treppenhäusern. Im Notfall keine
Fahrstühle benutzen!
Haftung: Unsere Gesellschaft haftet nicht für Ihre Wertgegenstände. Sie können diese
aber kostenlos im Safe Ihrer Ferienwohnung deponieren. Wir bitten Sie, Ihre Ferienwohnung
und das Inventar pfleglich zu behandeln. Bitte geben Sie von Ihnen verursachte oder

Kuren: Verschiedenste Kur- und Fitnesseinrichtungen erwarten Sie im Dünenbad, Telefon:

Saunalandschaft: Die großzügige Saunalandschaft im Dünenbad lädt mit ihrer Finnischen
Sauna (90 Grad), einem Sanarium (60 Grad), einer Kräutersauna (80 Grad), einem großen
Dampfbad, Ruhezonen, einem Eisbrunnen und vielem mehr zum entspannten Verweilen ein.
Für Kinder unter 12 Jahren nur in Begleitung eines Erziehungsberechtigten. Die Familiensauna
ist täglich von 12:00 bis 15:00 Uhr geöffnet. Ab 15:00 Uhr dürfen Jugendliche ab 16
Jahren in Begleitung der Eltern die Saunalandschaft nutzen.
Solarien: Zu finden im Dünenbad. Besonnungszeit: 5:30 Min./6,00 €. Bitte nicht bei
Vorerkrankungen nutzen.
HydroAquaJet: Massagewasserbett mit 32 ergonomisch angeordneten, rotierenden Düsen
im Dünenbad. Einzelbehandlung: 10 Min./5,00 € oder 11er Karte: 50,00 €. Den Chip zur
Nutzung erhalten Sie im Dünenbad. Bei Vorerkrankung halten Sie bitte Rücksprache mit
Ihrem Arzt.
Massagen: Vielfältiges Angebot an Massagen wie Hot-Stone-Massagen, Relaxmassagen,

Amenities
Coin-operated laundromat with dryers: Available in our self-service laundry at the
Dorfplatz, located just behind the EDEKA supermarket.
Iron and ironing board: Available in our self-service laundry at the Dorfplatz, just behind
the EDEKA supermarket.
Laundry: Bed linens and towels are located in the apartment or holiday home. Guest
services will provide you with new linens and towels for a fee, see site plan.
Linens: Bed linens are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Guest Services office
for a fee.
Arrival and departure:
Our holiday homes and holiday houses will be ready for you from 5:00 p.m. on the day of
arrival. On your day of departure, please ensure that you check out of your holiday home or
holiday house not later than 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in our luggage storage
room.
Upon arrival:
• You will receive your key wristband with an integrated chip. Please present the
key wristband upon admission to the attractions and restaurants.
• For safety reasons and for the sake of other guests, we kindly ask you to respect all no
parking areas. We also ask you not to leave your car parked on the lawn (green spaces)
or in front of exits or rubbish containers.
• Pets are welcome. However, they must be registered prior to your arrival. There is an
extra fee for pets. Please understand that pets are not permitted in all holiday homes.
Your key wristband:
We recommend that you wear your key wristband on your left wrist. This allows you
to pass through our barriers quickly and easily by car.

Topping up credit. This is how it works:
• You can top up your credit at the information/reception desk each day from 8:00 a.m.
to 7:00 p.m. or around the clock at the ****Strandhotel reception.
• Minimum amount: €10.00. Maximum amount: €500.00.
• The credit can be used by all persons included in your booking as it is linked to your
reservation profile.
• The remaining credit cannot be paid out. Validity: 3 years from the last top up
Upon departure:
• Dispose of all your waste in the rubbish containers.
• Empty and clean the refrigerator.
• Leave the garden/outdoor furniture neatly stacked.
• Wash all dishes
The Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand cannot take responsibility for
the safekeeping or forwarding ofa personal items left behind. If we ship any personal
items found, we will charge a fee of € 10.00 for domestic delivery and €
20.00 for international delivery; any other extra costs will be charged separately!

Adventure Jungleland: Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Seasonal changes to
the schedule are possible. Terrariums, high-rope gardens, badminton, table tennis, “The

Adventure Minigolf: At the “Alm” (the Alp cottage).
Beach chair hire: From May to September from 9:00 a.m. you can rent beach chairs directly
on the beach at the pier or together with the accommodation when booking online.
Bike hire: Located at the ”Alm“ (the Alp cottage) in the gaming paradise; seasonal changes

Boat hire: During the summer, you can hire pedal boats, SUPs, boards, and surfboards at
the beach. Boats can be rented from the beach chair rental on the beach.

Entertainment: The weekly entertainment programmes are listed on various screens, in

Children
Babysitter: Please contact the reception a couple of days in advance. We will attempt to
assist you. Please pay the babysitter directly
Children’s entertainment: Our KidzClub for our youngest guests (ages 4 and over) is located
at Dorfplatz. Aside from the free visit, we offer to supervise your children for an hourly
fee of € 2.00 per child.
Hops Club: Registration online or according to availability at the information desk/reception

House rules:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and holiday homes.
• All guests are expected to behave in such a manner that they do not disturb other guests.
• Radios and loudspeakers must be kept at an acceptable volume.
• Respect your neighbours, particularly during the following times: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
and 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please remove all droppings. You will find the
appropriate bags located at various spots throughout the park. Note: the dog beach is
located to the right of the pier.
• Barbecuing is prohibited in the lodgings as well as on the balconies and terraces of the
bungalows, holiday homes and penthouses.
• Supplied towels may only be used in the apartment or holiday home. Towels are not
permitted on the beach or in the Subtropical Aqua Park/Dünenbad
• In case of severe violations of the house rules and in respect for other guests, we reserve
the right to cancel the relevant tenancy without further notice.
• In case you are unsatisfied with anything during your stay, please report this immediately
to the reception desk. Complaints filed after your departure cannot be considered. Our

Safety and liability
Feeding animals: Please tell your children not to feed the ducks and fish in the ponds located
in the Holiday and Resort Park. Also, please do not feed the seagulls and cats. Food
for our petting zoo can be purchased at the cash desks in Abenteuer Dschungelland, the
Soccer Golf course as well as the Waterpark and bike rental.
Fire: In case of fire, please call the fire brigade at 0-112 immediately. You’ll find fire extinguishers

8:00 p.m. We are located on the ”Dorfplatz“ next to the EDEKA supermarket.
Tickets for deposit: Please use our tickets, which are available at the Strandhotel reception
desk. These are available at the hotel reception desk. Upon presenting the ticket
at Dünenbad, you will receive a bathrobe (deposit amount € 50.00) and/or a sauna towel
(deposit amount € 30.00). Please return the bathrobe and/or towel for a refund prior to your
departure.

Banks: At the Marktplatz in Oldenburg. An ATM (cash machine) is located at our Dorfplatz
next to the KidzClub. Fees may apply.
Hops Shop: We are located in the Dünengalerie and offer a variety of souvenirs and much
