BMON - Visualisierung des Bremssystems
BMON - visualisation of brake systems
Karl Zellermann.
statt. Damit ist eine Beeinflussung
des BSG's durch den
BMON ausgeschlossen.
Das BMON ermöglicht die
gleichzeitige Darstellung von 24
Digital- und 15 Analogsignalen.
Die Auswahl dieser Signale ist
vom jeweiligen Projekt abhängig
und wird in der Anwendersoftware
des BSG’s festgelegt.
Folgende Signale können beispielsweise
visualisiert werden:
Auswahl Digitalsignale:
- Bremsbefehle
- BSG-interne Zustände
- BSG-Eingänge
- BSG-Ausgänge
- Gleitschutzeingriffe
Auswahl Analogsignale:
- Geschwindigkeit(en)
- Bremsdrücke
- Ventilströme
- Sollwerte
- Zuladungssignal
Karl Zellermann. With the new BMON (Brake Monitor), input
and output signals and the internal states of brake controllers
(BCU) can be displayed online while driving.
The idea behind the new
development was to be able to
graphically display different states
and signals of the brake system,
online on a Notebook.
With the brake controller
diagnosis software supplied by
HANNING & KAHL to date it is
only possible to display the input
and output signals in the
diagnosis mode of the BCU. With
the BMON it is now also possible
to get an online insight into the
system. The display is updated
every 50 milliseconds.
Communication takes place
between the BSG and BMON via
the serial interface as in the case
of the diagnosis software. For
safety reasons, data is only
transmitted from the BCU to the
BMON and not in the other
direction. This means that the
BMON cannot influence the BCU.
The BMON can display 24 digital
and 15 analog signals at the
same time.
Signal selection depends on the
project and is determined by the
BCU user software.
The following are just some of the
signals which can be shown on the
monitor:
Selection of digital signals:
- Brake commands
- BCU internal states
- BCU inputs
- BCU outputs
- Wheel-slide intervention
Selection of analog signals:
- Speed (s)
- Brake pressures
- Valve currents
- Desired values
- Weight signal
EREIGNISSE/EVENTS
Dietrich Radtke. Im Rahmen des Siemens - Lieferantentages
2002, der am 01.Oktober stattfand, wurde HANNING &
KAHL die Auszeichnung „Best Improved Supplier“ verliehen.
In seiner Laudatio verwies Herr
Bott, (Siemens, Group Vice President
& CFO), darauf, daß HAN-
NING & KAHL in langjähriger
Beziehung zu Siemens steht und
maßgeblich bei der Entwicklung
des Combino für die mechanische
Bremse beteiligt war. Der
Verlauf der Geschäftsbeziehung
bezüglich dieser Fahrzeugplattform
hat wegen seiner partnerschaftlichen
Einstellung und „unbürokratischen“
Form mit zum
Erfolg des Fahrzeuges beigetragen.
Herr Radtke, Leiter des Geschäftsbereichs
Bremsen bei
HANNING & KAHL, erwähnte
in seiner Dankesrede die Entwicklung
seitens HANNING & KAHL
vom Komponentenhersteller zum
Herr Bott, Siemens Group Vice
President & CFO, gratuliert
Herrn Radtke, Geschäftsbereichsleitersleiter
Bremsen,
Mr. Bott (Siemens, Group Vice
President & CFO) congratulating
Mr. Radtke (Manager of
the HANNING & KAHL Brake
Division) on the award.
“Best Improved Supplier”
SIEMENS award for HANNING & KAHL
Systemanbieter für die Bremsanlagen.
Dabei ist ein wesentliches
Bestreben, für den Kunden Lösungen
anzubieten, die in das
Fahrzeugkonzept integriert sind
und nicht nachträglich noch angeschraubt
werden müssen. Voraussetzung
dazu ist die Bereitschaft
zu offener und vertrauensvoller
Kommunikation, welche
trotz aller modernen technischen
Hilfsmittel von den beteiligten
Menschen geführt werden muß
(und es auch in Zukunft hoffentlich
noch wird, trotz aller technischen
Weiterentwicklungen im
Kommunikationsbereich).
Dietrich Radtke. HANNING & KAHL was presented the “Best
Improved Supplier“ award on Siemens Suppliers’ Day 2002
(October 1 st , 2002).
In his laudatory speech, Mr Bott,
(Siemens, Group Vice President &
CFO), pointed out that
HANNING & KAHL and Siemens
could look back on a long
working relationship and
remarked that the former had
played a major role in the
development of the Combino in
particular with regard to the
mechanic brake. The development
of this vehicle platform
advanced on a basis of partnership
and in an “unbureaucratic“
manner which contributed
to the success of the vehicle.
In his acceptance speech, Mr
Radtke, Manager of the Brake
Division at HANNING & KAHL,
mentioned the development of
HANNING & KAHL from
component manufacturers to
system suppliers for brake
systems. HANNING & KAHL take
great pains to offer customers
solutions which are integrated into
the vehicle concept and which do
not require subsequent mounting.
Such goals can only be achieved
if both sides are willing to
communicate openly and on a
basis of trust. Despite the wide
selection of technical aids on
the market, person-to-person
communication still has to be
carried out by the parties
involved on both sides (and this
will hopefully remain necessary in
the future, too, regardless of all
technical advance and new
developments in the communication
sector).
