Verlegehinweise, Materialempfehlung 

Laying instructions, material recommendation 

1. Ohne Unterbauelement 

Bodenablauf-Unterteil (4a/4b/4c) ausrichten und 

mit PCI Repafix oder PCI Polyfix entsprechend 

Montageanleitung fixieren oder beiliegenden 

Zentrierflansch (6) auf dem Boden verdübeln. 

Anschließend die Bodenaussparung um das 

DN 50-Abflussrohr mit PCI Novoment M1 plus 

oder PCI Vergussmörtel auffüllen. 

2. Mit Unterbauelement 

Bei Verwendung von Unterbauelementen (7) beigestellte 

EPS-Einsätze entsprechend Bodenablauftyp 

(4a/4b/4c) auswählen und einsetzen (siehe 

Montageanleitung), Unterbauelement (7) mit PCI 

Flexmörtel oder PCI Nanoflott flex auf dem Rohestrich 

verkleben, Bodenablauf-Unterteil (4a/4b/4c) 

einsetzen und mit DN 50 Abflussrohr verbinden. 

3. Die Dichtlippe (8a) im Duschbord (8) mit geeignetem 

Gleitmittel einfetten. Danach kann das 

Duschbord (8) auf dem ebenen Untergrund mit 

PCI Flexmörtel oder PCI Nanoflott flex vollflächig 

verklebt werden. Wird das Duschbord (8) zu einem 

späteren Zeitpunkt eingebaut, Bauschutzdeckel (1) 

in den Bodenablauf einsetzen. 

4. Nach dem Einpassen des Duschbords (8) 

Schraubring (3) unter Verwendung des Bauschutzdeckels 

(1) mit dem Bodenablauf-Unterteil 

(4a/4b(4c) verschrauben. 

1. Without substructure element 

Position bottom part of floor drain (4a/4b/4c) and 

retain with PCI Repafix or PCI Polyfix according to 

assembly instructions or dowel enclosed centring 

piece (6) to the floor. 

Fill the floor hole around the DN 50 waste pipe 

with PCI Novoment M1 plus or PCI cast mortar. 

2. With substructure element 

When using a substructure element (7), select 

and insert enclosed EPS-parts according to type of 

waste (4a/4b/4c), if necessary, glue the substructure 

element (7) to the raw floor pavement with 

PCI Flex mortar or PCI Nanoflott flex, insert the 

bottom part of floor drain (4a/4b/4c) and connect 

it with DN 50 waste pipe. 

3. Apply a suitable lubricant to the sealing lip (8a) 

in the shower board (8). Glue the shower board (8) 

completely on the plane surface with PCI Flex mortar 

or PCI Nanoflott flex. If you install the shower 

board (8) later, put the protection cap (1) on the 

floor drain. 

4. After adjusting the shower board (8), screw ring 

(3) to bottom part of the floor drain(4a/4b/4c) 

with the help of the protection cap (1).

5. PCI Seccoral 1K/2K anmischen und nach Herstellervorgaben 

im Spachtel- oder Streichverfahren 

auf dem angrenzenden Untergrund aufbringen, 

dabei den überstehenden Teil der Abdichtfolie 

des verlegten Duschbords (8) in PCI Seccoral 1K/2K 

einbetten. 

Weiterhin verwendete Abdichtecken, -streifen und 

-bahnen analog einbetten. 

6. Zweite Schicht PCI Seccoral 1K/2K aufrollen und 

erhärten lassen. 

7. Aufsatzstück (2) mit Schlitzrost (9) in den 

Schraubring (3) einschrauben. 

Beim Einschrauben des Aufsatzstückes (2) auf die 

exakte Höhe der zu verlegenden Fliesen achten. 

8. Anschließend können Fliesen und Platten mit 

PCI Flexmörtel, PCI Nanolight oder PCI Nanoflott 

flex verlegt werden. 

9. Wand- und Bodenfugen können mit PCI Flexfug, 

PCI Aquafug oder PCI Nanofug bzw. chemikalienbeständig 

mit PCI Durapox NT verfugt werden. 

Wandanschluss- und Bewegungsfugen mit PCI 

Silcoferm S elastisch verfugen. 

5. Prepare PCI Seccoral 1K/2K and apply to the 

bordering floor by stopping or coating, according 

to the instructions of the manufacturer. Cover the 

overlapping part of the sealing foil of the installed 

shower board (8) with PCI Seccoral 1K/2K. 

Do the same with corner sealings, strips and 

stripes. 

6. Apply second layer of PCI Seccoral 1K/2K and let 

harden. 

7. Screw the top part (2) with slotted grid (9) in 

the ring nut (3). When screwing in the top part (2), 

pay attention to the exact height level of the tiles 

to lay. 

8. Now tiles and plates can be laid with PCI flex 

mortar, PCI Nanolight or PCI Nanoflott flex. 

9. Fill wall and floor joints with PCI Flexfug, PCI 

Aquafug or PCI Nanofug or chemicals resistant 

with PCI Durapox NT. 

Fill wall joining and movement joints elastically 

with PCI Silcoferm S.
