Tickets<br />
The written advance sale for tickets will start on 2nd<br />
March 2009.<br />
Payment<br />
Payment is possible by transfer. After payment has been<br />
made your tickets will be deposited at the ticket-office<br />
or at the box-office. Please note that we do not send<br />
tickets abroad by mail.<br />
Prices<br />
A system fee of € 0.50 will be payable for each sold<br />
entry ticket.<br />
For a service fee to the amount of 3% of the ticket value,<br />
at least however € 3.00, we will take back tickets that<br />
have already been paid for on a commission basis. We<br />
are, however, not liable to take back tickets.<br />
Half an hour before the start of the concert, students<br />
will receive a reduction of 50% on the ticket price<br />
(this does not apply to open air events).<br />

The ticket office is open as of 1st April 2009.<br />

You can order tickets by telephone from 1st April 2009.<br />
You can be entered in a waiting list for sold-out concerts<br />
and pay for and collect ordered tickets directly.<br />
General information<br />
We reserve the right to make programme and cast changes.<br />
We are not liable to take back tickets even in the event of<br />
changes to cast or programmes. The box office opens one<br />
hour before the start of the concert, however in the case of<br />
matinees as well as the events in the wine cellar 30 minutes<br />
before the start of the concert.<br />
A later entry is permitted only during the concert interval or<br />
at a time specified by the organizer.<br />
Visitors declare that they agree to possible photographic or<br />
sound recordings being taken of them. It is possible to use<br />
this material without any claim to payment.<br />
When choosing the cloakroom, we ask you to observe<br />
the festive character of the events.<br />
