Wow what sorrow.My sympathy to the families with their deep lost, and to the one who must carry this very sad memory.<br />

Being a mother <strong>of</strong> a volunteer fire fighter, and proud <strong>of</strong> all our volunteers may God be with you always, Our<br />

Volunteers do this for our community, always remember the word VOLUNTEER and give these guys a hand shake when<br />

you see them, they all need so much support right now, Again to the Ray Walter and Ken Rea families my very deepest<br />

sympathy to you all, we all have a heavy heart, and may we help you carry your pain.<br />

On Behalf <strong>of</strong> Brooklyn Volunteer <strong>Fire</strong> Dept & Auxiliary, Brooklyn Hants co, NS. We <strong>of</strong>fer <strong>of</strong> sincere sympathies,<br />

prayers <strong>of</strong> strength and support to the families, friends, and fellow fire fighters. Our hearts and thoughts are with you all<br />

as you struggle with the loss <strong>of</strong> two great men.<br />

Originally from the <strong>North</strong> <strong>Perth</strong> area, I was sadden to hear the news about the loss <strong>of</strong> these two brave men. May their<br />

bravery never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families. May you find strength in the comfort <strong>of</strong><br />

knowing just how many lives your loved ones touched.<br />

Such a horrible day..as i stood in shock goose bumps running up and down my arms hopeing things would turn out<br />

better. My deepest condolences to both families...<br />

just want to say thank u for all that u do for us. u guys are truly our heros, and we can never ever repay the ultimate<br />

sacifice that ken and ray made for our community. your families are in our thoughts and prayers, walk tall and proud<br />

Our trucks run slower; Our boots are heavier; Our bunker gear carries extra weight... in the passing <strong>of</strong> our brother's.<br />

We answer the calls for service with heavy hearts; We tackle flames, autoex, EMS calls with their spirits aboard; We<br />

trudge forth into dangers path unwavering... with thoughts <strong>of</strong> our fallen brother's Our bond grows stronger as one;<br />

Our determination and strength increases with each call; Our resolve and conviction is unwavering... honouring Ray<br />

and Ken. We will not forget their courageous sacrifice and will forever honour them In serving our community as they<br />

did.<br />

My thoughts and prayers are with the families <strong>of</strong> Ken and Raymond, and with the <strong>North</strong> <strong>Perth</strong> <strong>Fire</strong> <strong>Service</strong>. "We should<br />

not mourn that such men have died....but rejoice that such men have lived"<br />

Such a Sad Loss <strong>of</strong> Two Brave Men. Our hearts go out to their Families; and to their <strong>Fire</strong>Fighter Families. God keep<br />

you in his love... You will be greatly missed...<br />

Hi I am truly sorry to hear <strong>of</strong> the deaths <strong>of</strong> 2 brave and dedicated pr<strong>of</strong>essionals. Our hearts our with the families <strong>of</strong> the<br />

fallen firefighters and their firefighting families.<br />

On behalf <strong>of</strong> the members <strong>of</strong> Squamish <strong>Fire</strong> Rescue, I want to <strong>of</strong>fer our deepest condolences to the families <strong>of</strong> Deputy<br />

District <strong>Fire</strong> Chief Ken Rea and <strong>Fire</strong>fighter Ray Walter . We also want to convey our sorrow to the members <strong>of</strong> the<br />

<strong>North</strong> <strong>Perth</strong> <strong>Fire</strong> Department. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.<br />
