STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS EXERCISE<br />

• Tourism, represented by the Cadix Prov<strong>in</strong>cial Council, the La<br />

Janda Board of Tourism (Barbate, Vejer de la Frontera and Conil<br />

Town Councils), and tourism sector companies such as the<br />

<strong>An</strong>dalusian Bus<strong>in</strong>essmen’s Association.<br />

4. Who are the Agents and social organisations l<strong>in</strong>ked to the project?<br />

• Investors: Banks.<br />

• W<strong>in</strong>d energy cluster.<br />

• Potential customers: <strong>in</strong>habitants of municipalities of Barbate, Conil<br />

and Vejer de la Frontera.<br />

• Local transport companies.<br />

• Local supply companies.<br />

When they have the answers to these questions the team is ready to draw up<br />

the diagram that characterises stakeholders <strong>in</strong> the <strong>offshore</strong> w<strong>in</strong>d farm project.<br />

The next step is to identify stakeholders’ <strong>in</strong>terests, impact level and relative<br />

priority.<br />
