PROFESSIONAL<br />

n In 2011, along with Sophie Gustafson, successfully<br />

defended the <strong>European</strong> Nations Cup team event in<br />

Spain. Played in four other events on the <strong>LET</strong> schedule<br />

with season-best finish a tie for 7th at the Ricoh<br />

Women’s British Open. Recorded 5 top-10 finishes<br />

on the LPGA with a season-best tie for 2nd at the<br />

Lorena Ochoa Invitational. Member of the victorious<br />

<strong>European</strong> Solheim Cup Team at Killeen Castle in Ireland;<br />

posted a 2-2-0 record with two points scored taking<br />

overall record to 4-4-0.<br />

n In 2010, won the Comunitat Valenciana <strong>European</strong><br />

Nations Cup at La Sella Resort in Spain, representing<br />

Sweden with Sophie Gustafson.<br />

n Posted three top-10 finishes on the <strong>LET</strong> including<br />

2nd at the Omega Dubai <strong>Ladies</strong> Masters, 6th at the<br />

AIB <strong>Ladies</strong> Irish Open and 9th at the Women’s Australian<br />

Open. On the LPGA, tied for second at the LPGA<br />

State Farm Classic; tied for 10th at the Kraft Nabisco<br />

Championship and won the Mojo 6, an unofficial<br />

LPGA event.<br />

n In 2009, after winning <strong>LET</strong> Q School for 2009 at<br />

La Manga Club by three strokes in January, Anna<br />

became a first-time winner at the McDonald’s LPGA<br />

Championship Presented by Coca-Cola, the second<br />

major championship of 2009. She later earned her<br />

second victory at the 2009 LPGA <strong>Tour</strong> Championship<br />

Presented by Rolex. Selected as a Captain’s pick by<br />

Alison Nicholas to represent Europe at The Solheim<br />

Cup as a rookie. She competed in 8 tournaments on<br />

the <strong>LET</strong> and recorded four top ten finishes. Her season<br />

best was second at the Madrid <strong>Ladies</strong> Masters, where<br />

she shot a career-low 63 in the final round to make a<br />

play-off, only to be defeated by Azahara Munoz at the<br />

first extra hole. Anna also tied for fourth at the Omega<br />

Dubai <strong>Ladies</strong> Masters, tied for 5th at the S4/C Wales<br />

<strong>Ladies</strong> Championship and tied for 10th at the Deutsche<br />

Bank <strong>Ladies</strong> Open. Named 2009 Ryder Cup Wales<br />

Rookie of the Year.<br />

PERSONAL<br />

183cm tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. Started<br />

playing golf at the age of 13 at home in Eskilstuna,<br />

located a one-and-a-half hour drive south of Stockholm,<br />

in Sweden. Attended Arizona State University, where<br />

she studied Inter Disciplinary Studies for two-and-a-halfyears.<br />

Resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. Anna’s<br />

hobbies include watching and playing all sports. She<br />

used to swim for six years but decided that she was<br />

best at golf. Now coached by Tim Suzoy and attached<br />

to Torshalla Golf Club in Sweden. Anna’s role model<br />

was Annika Sorenstam, who stepped away from the<br />

game at the time when Anna was turning professional.<br />
