n In 2011, played in three <strong>LET</strong> events on the <strong>Ladies</strong><br />
<strong>European</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> and recorded two top-10 finishes: tied 6th<br />
at the <strong>Ladies</strong> Irish Open and tied 9th at the Evian Masters<br />
presented by Société Générale. Won the Avnet LPGA<br />
Classic, her fourth-career LPGA victory. Recorded five<br />
additional top-10 finishes including: tied for eighth at the<br />
Honda LPGA Thailand and the Wegmans LPGA<br />
Championship; eighth at the Lorena Ochoa Invitationa;<br />
ninth at the CME Group Titleholders; tied for ninth at the<br />
Evian Masters. Made her fifth appearance in The Solheim<br />
Cup as a member of Europe’s victorious team at Killeen<br />
Castle in Ireland with a 1-3-1 record. Earned 1 point in<br />
the Friday foursomes playing with Anna Nordqvist, taking<br />
overall points scored to 8½ with a 6-13-5 record overall.<br />
n In 2010, played three events on the <strong>LET</strong> with a<br />
season-best tie for 12th at the AIB <strong>Ladies</strong> Irish Open.<br />
Played 21 events on the LPGA, best finish was a tie for<br />
third at the Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia.<br />
n In 2009, after the birth of her first child, Maria qualified<br />
for her fourth <strong>European</strong> Solheim Cup Team; she played<br />
four events on the <strong>Ladies</strong> <strong>European</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> and her best<br />
finish was third at the season-ending Omega Dubai<br />
<strong>Ladies</strong> Masters. She finished 14th on the Henderson<br />
Money List with season’s earnings of €96,174.28. On the<br />
US LPGA <strong>Tour</strong>, her best finish was a tie for second at the<br />
Hana Bank – KOLON Championship. She also tied for<br />
fifth at the CVS/pharmacy LPGA Challenge and tied for<br />
sixth at the Navistar LPGA Classic Presented by Monac<br />
R.V. Represented Europe at The Solheim Cup for the<br />
fourth time.<br />
n In 2008, best finish was runner-up at the McDonald’s<br />
LPGA Championship Presented by Coca-Cola, where<br />
she lost a four-hole, sudden-death playoff to Yani Tseng<br />
and crossed the $4 million mark in career earnings; In<br />
2009, qualified for her fourth <strong>European</strong> Solheim Cup<br />
Team; best finish was a tie for second at the Hana<br />
Bank – KOLON Championship on LPGA.<br />
n In 2007, won the 2007 Navistar LPGA Classic.<br />
n In 2005, successfully defended her <strong>Ladies</strong> English<br />
Open title, again at Chart Hills GC in Kent, in 2005.<br />
