<strong>in</strong> order to depict <strong>the</strong> situation for combat service support (CSS) executors. The BCT S–2 also focuses on <strong>the</strong><br />
enemy threat as it perta<strong>in</strong>s to <strong>the</strong> CSS battlefield operat<strong>in</strong>g system.<br />
The BCT S–3 or his designated representative briefs <strong>the</strong> friendly situation and <strong>the</strong> BCT’s maneuver plan <strong>in</strong> order<br />
to depict <strong>the</strong> situation for CSS executors.<br />
The BCT S–2 or his designated representative advances <strong>the</strong> enemy accord<strong>in</strong>g to <strong>the</strong> most likely COA at <strong>the</strong> po<strong>in</strong>t<br />
of <strong>the</strong> execution matrix that is be<strong>in</strong>g rehearsed. The depiction must tie enemy actions to specific terra<strong>in</strong> or to<br />
friendly unit actions.<br />
The BCT S–4 uses time-phased events to develop <strong>the</strong> rehearsal.<br />
Subord<strong>in</strong>ate units provide—<br />
• Location of maneuver units.<br />
• Location and purpose of all known obstacles on <strong>the</strong> battlefield, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g known enemy obstacles.<br />
• Planned locations of friendly FASCAM (family of scatterable m<strong>in</strong>es).<br />
• Location of CSS assets (grids or command po<strong>in</strong>ts).<br />
• Forward aid station (FAS) and makeup.<br />
• Ma<strong>in</strong> aid station (MAS) and makeup.<br />
• Casualty collection po<strong>in</strong>ts (CCPs).<br />
• Nonstandard evacuation locations by type and quantity.<br />
• Ambulance exchange po<strong>in</strong>ts (AXPs) and makeup.<br />
• Routes to and from CCP to FAS/MAS to AXP to level II care.<br />
• Location and amount of classes IIIB (bulk petroleum) and V (ammunition) for emergency resupply <strong>in</strong><br />
TF combat tra<strong>in</strong>s.<br />

*Shapers refers to units or teams that help <strong>the</strong> maneuver forces shape <strong>the</strong> fight.<br />
