familiarize themselves with it. Questions about student mail and mailboxes<br />

should be directed to the mailroom staff.<br />

Faculty/Staff Mail<br />

Mail for faculty or staff can be left at the following locations: student mail<br />

services window, first level, 168 Massachusetts Avenue; internal mail drop,<br />

lower level, 168 Massachusetts Avenue; internal mail drop, lower lobby, 150<br />

Massachusetts Avenue. Faculty mail will be delivered to faculty mailboxes in<br />

the 168 Massachusetts Avenue faculty mailroom. All other staff and department<br />

mail will be delivered via the campus mailstops located throughout campus.<br />

To address mail to faculty, include the faculty name and faculty box (FB)<br />

number. For example:<br />

Faculty member name<br />

Faculty box ### (or FB ###)<br />

To address mail to a department or staff member, include the staff member<br />

name and department name. If possible, also include the mailbox number,<br />

which is the same as the building address. For example, the Admissions Office<br />

is located at 921 Boylston Street. To completely address a piece <strong>of</strong> mail for<br />

Admissions, or to a staff member in Admissions, include the following:<br />

Any questions concerning faculty or staff mail should be directed to the mail<br />

processing staff at the student mail services window on the first floor <strong>of</strong> the 168<br />

Massachusetts Avenue building.<br />

<strong>College</strong> Facilities<br />

1140 Boylston Street (1140)<br />

This is the main college administrative building, housing the Office <strong>of</strong> the<br />

President, Academic Affairs, Institutional Advancement, the Performance<br />

Division, classrooms, practice facilities, and two recital halls. Hours <strong>of</strong> operation<br />

are generally from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and to 4:00<br />

p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. This is a card-access building.<br />

855 Boylston Street (855)<br />

The <strong>of</strong>fices <strong>of</strong> City <strong>Music</strong> Network, Communications, Human Resources,<br />

Payroll, and Public Information are located on the fourth floor <strong>of</strong> this building;<br />

Administration, Auxiliary Services, <strong>Berklee</strong> Media, <strong>Berklee</strong> Valencia, and<br />

Campus Planning are located on the seventh floor. Photo identification is<br />

required <strong>of</strong> all visitors. <strong>Berklee</strong> <strong>of</strong>fices are open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday<br />

through Friday. This is a card-access building.<br />
