The Future of High Intensity Interval Training – Boot Camps and Cross Fit There is fast growing popularity of HIIT training in boot camps and now in Cross Fit facilities! In my Outdoor Fitness Camps, clients are no longer afraid of press ups, burpees, squats, being in a group environment or working hard rain, snow or shine with better results than in the gym too as it’s not a generic work out. The boredom and ineffectiveness on the treadmills and resistance machines in a busy sweaty gym is wearing thin....people want quick results....and in my training the exercises are mean but so are the results!
