In order for your comments to be taken into consideration regarding the decision on<br />

an application, any comments or objections on <strong>applications</strong> on this list should be<br />

lodged within a specific time frame. This varies for each application <strong>and</strong> can be<br />

found in the <strong>Planning</strong> Public Access website <strong>and</strong> is the later of:<br />

• the expiry date for neighbour consultations<br />

• the expiry date for latest site notice<br />

• the expiry date for latest advertisement.<br />

To find the expiry dates, go to the <strong>Planning</strong> Public Access website:<br />

• Enter the application number into application reference field <strong>and</strong> ‘search’.<br />

• Select the ’important dates’ tab.<br />

• Check the expiry dates for neighbour consultations, latest site notice or<br />

for latest advertisement, <strong>and</strong> the latest date will be the date by which<br />

comments should be lodged for that particular application.
