When data are aggregated, this presents a variety of options
for analysis. For example, someone reviewing the data
could look specifically for strengths. Another option would
be to analyze for areas needing improvement. Yet another
approach would be to look for patterns in the data – i.e.,
where are there similarities and differences?
Take a moment to review the chart on the following pages
and, given the data, see how you would answer the following
questions:
•
•
•
•
What would you identify as strengths?
What are areas needing improvement?
What patterns do you see in the data?
What else “stands out for you?
